I thought Argi was fair as he and the team are obviously upset about what happened deliberately in the pivotal match of the whole season for them and the lack of actions taken to correct it.
No loss of respect as far as Im concerned.

Now on the anet side… I think it was incredibly naive for them to even think they would get a good interview with anyone from VM at this stage. The interviewers were ill prepared for it and it showed with hilarious results.

As an aside, why would you even ask this about Argi when in other interviews done yesterday there were players saying they played the whole game drunk and didn’t know what they were doing etc??

I don’t condone this in any way. I can however see why this was considered by frost considering what happened with the obvious targeted ddos in the “vital” match and when nothing was done to correct it. VM had a legitimate beef that is going to cost them $ and I guess frost thought this was the only way to correct that (which was wrong and he has been punished for it). Assuming that all of CC got banned Im taking it that they were all involved in this too. I take it that CC don’t get the last place finish cash too surely?
What I can say is how stupid can you be to chat about it in game… seriously…that’s like going and sitting in the police station and discussing the bank heist you are planning.

This 2nd season has been ruined with the ddos, the mid season transfers from a losing side to a winning side and now this. RIP GW2 esports

There are 7 NA full servers vs 6 full EU servers. The top 6 EU servers did not get linked to another server for the new matchups, so why did that not happen for NA? Servers such as ET got pushed onto a T1 server that did not need nor want extra players and ET did not want the zerg fights that T1 are.
The server links need to me adjusted IMMEDIATELY. The top 6 NA servers (at least) need to be solo and the remaining servers need to be joined to balance the lower tiers. which would combine the lower 18 into 9 servers which would have led to 5 matches each week.

Lol are you saying that dead FA needed to be solo just because it was in T2 lol.
Just going to throw this out their at you, if the game is no longer fun for you at all, then it sounds like you need to find another game that suit your needs.

I don’t know where or when you play, but FA certainly isnt dead when I play on it. Also I never said about the game being no fun, they were your words. Being stuck in a Q for hours on end is no fun. You didnt link the biggest EU servers to another server so why did you do this with NA? Theres 7 full servers on Na as opposed to 6 on EU and 4 very high on NA vs 3 on EU.

The top 6 servers in EU so why arent at least the top 6 of NA the same? You have linked servers that cannot get into wvw for HOURS.

I suggest that you readjust NA as soon as possible leaving the top 6 servers as solo and matching the remaining ones in a balanced way.

the queues are preliminary. Everyone’s wanting to come back and get on and try it out. the hype train will diminish. Until then, stay frosty doing this brings fights all around to everyone. the matchups will balance out eventually to those who are super queued, will get lower populations with even less queues.

The problem is and Ive heard this first hand, is that people who PLAY are saying waiting in a 100+ Q is not the game they want and are just signing off to play other games – some of them will be permanently turned off by this and yet more players will be lost.

As always, anet instead of trying trying to do things gradually by merging smaller servers, goes into it with a sledgehammer and kittens it up.
