i did get a response, but no luck with what they had me do. I think I might just have to let my character go. Thank goodness I am not a very high lvl yet. Only 26, but still….fingers crossed on a resolution

i have already repaired the game client and contacted support. Still not working after repair and of course no word from support yet. Going through some posts I see people have had this same issues in the very same area.

I am having this very same issue in the very same area! Did you get this issue resolved? If so please help!!

I crashed while exploring Snowden Drifts yesterday around 4p.m. I engaged an enemy and froze while fighting. After a few minutes the game completely crashed. Since then I have not been able to log into my main character. I can log into my secondary characters no problem. Every time I try logging into my main, the loading screen freezes and prompts me to send an error report to Arena. I am still waiting to hear from technical support both in game and out. Has anyone experienced something similar and what was the resolution if any? Did anyone else bug out of Snowden Drifts yesterday?

I had the same issue yesterday while running around snowden drifts. It froze and booted me out. Anytime I have tried logging in the game while crash and send an error report. i have no problem logging into secondary characters.

I was logged in for a while this afternoon, and was just running around Snowden Drifts when the game suddenly froze. After a few minutes the game shut right down. I have not been able to log back into my main character since then. I had no problem creating a secondary character and logging in. What can i do? And did anyone else in Snowden Drifts experience this around 4p.m. today? I have already submitted three error tickets since 4:30p.m.
