Also, there was a video for the chests, he wanted to see if its profitable to buy keys and open chests or just buy the item u wanted. He bought lots of keys, like lots. In the end, he was on profit. The things he got from the chests would’ve cost him like 2x or even 3x the $/gold he spent on keys.

Well I already bought 1700gems, but as much as I want the halloween skins, I would like to get the new ones first. Imo the halloween skins would go really expensive since the shield and the GS are sooo awesome! I woulda wait like few weeks atleast and keep checking the prices everyday

Odd. When gw2 was released there was this bug that u get only 1/10 of your chests u won. Tho It’s working perfectly since they fixed it.
Even tho, If you don’t get your free tourney chest It’s no biggie since free tourneys are now easy to win. ^^

The reason why people aren’t playing tpvp is mainly because the ticket fee is so high. On top of that, it’s really unlikely that a player on his first tpvp session w/o prior competitive tournament experience will get past the first map.

Your solution is even more offputting. Might as well rename the “Join as Solo” into “Destroy 5 tournament tickets.”

Since when 5 tickets is a lot lol! If u wanna go paid tourneys that would mean that u have played quite a bit pvp i.e u have lot’s of tickets. Even tho If u don’t have 30 tickets are like 360 gems. It’s easy to get gold in this game.

I got my pvp orrian helmet on my female human and It doesn’t seems like others. Also when I preview it with any other race it is shown as how it should be.

Thanks for the tips guys, but I forgot to mention I do the stuff u said. I often start with axe n shield and do what u say. Just good players will always avoid the bull’s rush.

it is. but less so as the days go by and people learn just how easy it is to avoid granted you’re playing certain classes like the ones you mentioned. but still, success is much more high when entering late to a fight in progress as whoever’s fighting may have already used their stability cd’s or other tricks that can counter it.

Also I forgot to mention. I know that 100b combo is expected from a war, so I’m trying to be less expected to do my combo, wait for them to dodge, use certain abilities etc and yet in the end it still kinda fails. Also, since this build is kinda glass cannon now the teams are always focusing me haha, so pretty much I die instantly If we meet a good team in tPvp.

I’m just wondering is the GS burst build still viable in tourneys and spvp? Ive been gone for a couple of days and don’t have that much time to play gw2 at the moment as before, but it seems that they changed the war a bit.
My point is that certain classes can completely avoid Bull’s Rush/100b combo. Its Thief/Mesmer/Guardian and maybe more, just those are on the top of my head now. And after they avoid it its fine, I switch to axe n shield and still doing nice dmg etc, but my frenzy is activated by that time which means If its a thief he can take like more than 60% of my hp pretty quickly.

I’m not saying its OP/UP or w/e. Just wondering. Don’t start the hate.
