Its not the same bug.

The bug explained in that thread is when you run past her while you and the npc are in combat running away from deadeye, and belka bugs after the cutscene

After the September feature pack the scene doesn’t even trigger so the boss (belka) can’t turn hostile.

i got this from fractals so i cant really choose which weapon stats i want, obviously if i had 500 weaponsmith i would rather make ascend zerker stuff

yeah, according to that formula knight ascend is better i did the calculations myself.

Having one Force and one Accuracy sigil on your two weapons will stack. Same with one Accuracy and one Night. There is a special (no stacking) case with permanent bonus sigils if you try to use two Force or two Accuracy. Those two will not stack with themselves. But having one of each will work just fine.

I think it’s two different types of sigils can stack. For example, sigil of bloodlust (which gives stacks per enemy killed) with a sigil of force work together, since one counts kills and the other is always active. If both are the same type (always active, or a kill counter) then the main hand takes precedence.

according to wiki static bonus sigils stack exept for force and accuracy but idk if they are saying that if you have both force and accuracy they dont stack or if you have a accuracy OR a force only the main hand sigil will prevail (in case of both of them beeing static bonus sigils)

Professions that can use it best? Maybe a condi/tank warrior or engi.

Yeah thats probably the best part. The shield should look really good on my guardian.

the problem is that those stats are basically unusable by any class. im thinking about using it just as a skin, but thats wasting ascend weapon base stats

I got a Ebonmane’s Weapon Chest moments ago from fractals daily chest.
The problem is that this ascend weapon has Apothecary’s stats (Healing Power/Condition Damage/Toughness) which is pretty much useless for any class.

What should i do with it?

well if you dont want to craft and dont want to do map completition (i assume since it is themost obvious one yet you didnt mention it) I guess you can get some WP in the major areas being affected by the new event and then wait until said map appear, go there before the map gets full. Other than that there is no other way to level up fast.

You want to levl up fast? you have to do sacrifices, either gold or tme.

the new event thing sounds good, i will try that out and see how things go.

I have 3 alts at lvl 80 but atm im trying to build up a guardian.
I went on vacations a month ago and right before i leveled up my mesmer from 1 to 80 just by going cof p1 and reloging on alt so the exp goes to desire character, it was a simple and a quick way to level up so i was pretty happy with it.
When i arrived yesterday i discovered that cof got nerfed pretty hard and there is only a few people doing it right now compared to what it was before the update.
I was wondering if there is a new quick way to level up alts

ps: i already know about crafting so dont come up with that bs.

I was wondering which are the best weapons for fractals and pve in general.
I’m looking for a more tanky and suportish role. For pve i enjoy using mace with either focus or shield (can’t decide which one is better) but i cant really find a good swap weapon set.

yeah i chose staff because it actually looks cool and since i WvW a lot usually use staff on necro, mesmer, guardian so it was a good choice.

For the scepter i think there are better choices (i.e that scepter with fire on the tip, cant remember the name now)

Greatsword looks like it is going to be my best bet

I also like to use hammer on the guardian but i feel that there are better choices in terms of skins (i like that thunder hammer)

I chose the zenith staff as my first zenith weapon skin cuz its looks cool and lots of my alts use staff, but i cant really decide which is going to be my second one

I have been searching the other ingame skins for various weapons to see if there is any weapon that has a better choice over zenith skins

Can you help me decide? Take in mind the existing skins and tell me the best looking zenith weapon skin!

my alts are: necro, guardian, warr, mesmer and thief

Imo i cant live whitout some points in Acrobatics so that builds really suites me.

@Rissou i prefer builds with acrobatics, dont get me wrong, your builds are nice but its end up being personal preference

what is the best WvW roaming build right now?
after the patch i’m a little confused about how things changed for wvw thiefs

@Spartyr i agree with you, mainly conditionmancers are useless early game because of the lack of traits, its almost impossible to stack 10 bleeds without spending some points in the curses trait tree. but after you get that essential trait points in curses and blood magic you will start to feel how necros really are. IMO this is one of the reasons that necros are so underrated because people can’t be arsed to level a character that they don’t feel.

@Drachshyish the problem with bleed stacks its very complicated, in fact if there is anny other bleed stacker on the team, necros dammage will be reduced for sure.
But ArenaNet can’t just add a player’s bleed cap instead of a target bleed cap, cuz that will turn in every one building for bleed stacks and stacking 125 bleeds in a target.

The only solution i see its raising the bleed stack cap, but i dont see arenanet touching on that….

Necro has insane DPS with bleeds, insane AoE with epidemic and staff, insane power if build for it (death shourd hitting for 5k), when building a conditionmancer you can use Rabid gear which turn you in a complete beast tanking every kitten possible while regening health back from life siphon and dealing major damage with 25 bleed stacks.

And even so i see so few necros! Plus when im joining a party to dungeon they all keep asking if i could swap my class.

srsly are necros that bad? because in my eyes they are really strong…

Since the beginning i used fast-cast ground targeting but now I’m wondering if this is really that useful.
Initially i turned this option “on” because i play League of Legends and there’s a feature really similar to this one called “smart-cast” which will cast your AoE ability at the current position of your cursor, since AoE skills in Gw2 are circular, the center of the circumference will be your cursor location. (we all know this)
I’m really used to it and i barely fail the target (targets since we are talking about AoE skills) but there is one major downside: i cant see ,with precision, which area my skill will affect, obviously this isn’t a major problem for PVE since i can predict the mob’s movements and estimate the radius of my AoE ability and hit, most of the times, all of them.
Recently i started to watch some PVP gameplays on youtube and the majority of the players have this option turned off.
So i started wondering what is the matter with the fast-cast ground targeting feature for people in pvp.
Obviously its a matter of precision but you also have to make 2 clicks to execute the ability instead of one (with fast-cast).
With practice and time you would be able to guess the area of your AoE precisely and because you using fast-cast you are going to be faster then your opponent. Quick usage of skills its an enormous factor in PVP so i still can’t figure out why people dont use it.
Does this feature really distorts your ability to aim precisely that much for people consider this over faster skill executions?

Hi!

i just recently started to train my human female necro, conditionmancer to be more precise. So obviously im going for rabid armour set.

Both Arah and tiwlight arbor armour give condition dammage/toughness/precision and the stats are exactly the same if im not wrong.

But i cant decide which one to go for in terms of style.

while twilight arbor is a nice long dress with open front & back with a wonderful helm, arah one would make my character more “dark-magic’ish”.

ps: another factor is that twilight arbor is lvl 55 so i can start to acquire tokens much early than arah.

Can you give me your opinion?
