Bump still a bug that occurs colin stated that they haven’t been able to fix certain animation bugs like the H.O.P.E as the “WvW Overhaul” in production is replacing ALL developers apparently to doing that.. absolutely absurd that anet cannot direct a single person to work on such simplistic visual bugs such as the nightfury and the H.O.P.E really rediculous..

i had the same thought actually because my guild was doing guild missions and 7 of us nightfury guys were hanging out and we were going back and forth saying " did my bats disappear" and us responding in unison with NO. it was very strange.. interesting how its client side though.

i’m at least happy that others are trying to raise some awareness to this awful bug.. i really hope arenanet gets to it soon this is so inexcusable for such an expensive item.

as people get the item these complaints will only multiply … hopefully anet gets to it very soon it feels like an easy fix.

Same issue.. this is really silly.. it gives off the feeling that they made this item very lazily.

The item will not show the bat effect if you down or WP very much like a tonic

EDIT: sometimes it wont even show when entering combat.

EDIT: Every time you enter combat the bats go away….. this is very VERY frustrating for a 2000g crafted item

So.. is this event being extended ? You guys are still being very vague on your course of actions, matter of fact by what you said you just supported more people to not wanna play the event. Nothing you said that would happen, happened i respect the honesty regardless of how horribly late the statement was. You state nothing of time extension or anything you simply stated you screwed up and are removing more of the event because you realize how sensitive the community is at the current time.

yea i had 10 stacks and disconnected, then i farmed for 7 stacks and then got no reward.. i’m at my breaking point ..

uhh.. their punctuation and wording kinda makes it hard to understand, so for those who earned the constant 5 blooms will get more as well ?

nope not at all, i have not bought gold.

As i said in the title i was going to test out my transmog i had planned for my revenant and when i switched characters POOF 200gold went missing after i skipped the lions arch cutscene !

Idk if this is a bug with the new wallet revamp or what but i want my 200g back i hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.. i honestly don’t even know if this is a bug.

I uninstalled the game in response to the connectivity issue.. it’s not installing at all now even with these command lines

I usually do have one actually out of my entire guild i am usually the joker but this hit a little hard xD I just couldn’t find room to make jest of it.

Well like i said it put the stake in the heart when my friend who after all that time of making fun got it from doing vine wrath one time for like 5 minutes.. 50+ Hours over 5 minutes yea… it’s hard to not get upset at that.

That last part is where I think most people appear to get disappointed by the portal stone lottery. It’s random. You have two things really working against you. You can’t appreciably affect your chances of receiving it. And this is a limited access, closed beta where one can assume that most people playing the game will not be invited. Yea i know others are disappointed i just wanted to share my story and vent a little bit because i am very upset.

Yea trust me i put it into perspective as you just did but i’ll admit when i first started farming it was originally with the drive of a fanboys heart that kept me going and then as people made fun of me farming so much i simply did it out of principal just to get the kitten item because i had put so much work into it.

I started farming for this item the very minute the patch went live i spent a grand total of 56 hours total within the days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday I put so much work in that it literally effected me emotionally to the point where my heart sank whenever i opened an event chest. My determination was thrown away when a friend of mine who completely did not want to play the beta and continued to diminish and make fun of how much i farmed came to the Silver Wastes with me for my many vine wrath runs and he gets it his first go.. at first i thought he was screwing with me so i asked him for a screen shot and i thought the screen shot was fake but when i found out my heart sank. I quickly got off the game and took a shower to cool off. I am now literally effected emotionally and psychologically by this event. I’m sorry if i sound melodramatic but you really get attached to something when you spend 3 days waking up farming till 3 am and then going to bed.

How would i find my ticket number

I’ve made a ticket for account recovery, i got a response initially they stated that they agree that my account was compromised and then asked for info to proceed the recovery phase of account recovery. After i responded back, i waited approximately 3 days then i mailed them again and asked why it was taking so long, still waiting to this day for a response. I made a duplicate ticket for the same exact thing yesterday and got a response today immediately closing the ticket asking for a rating on how i felt the support was. I made the ticket on the 7th.

i can code as well my friend and the only thing that would inhibit them from doing so is the back item is not on a dyable color layer i just don’t see why they can’t do it.

So in essence they will either release multiple colored ones or they’ll never release them. thus reiterating my primary point why not make them redyable.

People are saying Chinese server will object because of the silly VIP thing.
But the NA server is already strongly objecting for the exclusiveness of the mini pet.

So the question comes to this:
Do you think a few Chinese whiners are more important than the potential large quantity of NA people who’ll most likely pay for at most 800 gems for that minipet?

So what if Chinese is whining, so what? Are they going to just quit the game?

Think it this way, would you quit GW2 just because the minipet is exclusive to Chinese? Not likely right?
The same goes to Chinese too, they won’t quit just because they need to be VIP to get the mini-pet.

So instead of caring about those Chinese VIP whiners, why not care about all the NA server’s players, which is MUCH larger in population compare to Chinese VIP?
You want to enrage more NA players just to please a few Chinese VIP?

Do not talk about “fairness” when it’s only exclusive for one side.
Either option would be unfair to one group of people, but the company should choose the more profitable one.
