I just spent all my karma on Pow/Tough/Vital gear and now think I should have gotten Condi instead of Pow. lol Did I waste all that karma?

so is it wise to just sell most of my materials then? unless i personally need them for myself?

As a JC I am finding it isnt worth making items to sell on the TP. I can sell the materials and make more money.
Do all professions feel the same? Can a JC give me some tips, items to craft with profit.

what is this trick that people are saying is op in wvw? as a ranger i usually dont use these skills.

I cant see why I wouldnt use PA..
It seems to be a good AoE for WvW(Zergs) and in PvE. A lot of popular builds dont use much Marksmanship but I kinda focus my builds around this. I tend to be too glass cannony tho. Does a glass cannon with toughness gear work for an all around build?

i am looking for a build that uses a bow (aka no GS builds).
i wanna be able to keep my distance in wvw. i wanna incorporate piercing arrows tho. that seems essential to my play style. idk if i wanna go traps/condi/pwer or what. so share your builds with me and give me some tips please.

Hey all. I am looking for a safe build/gear/stats to focus on surviving. I dont have money yet to afford 2 sets of armor. I am currently a glass cannon that dies too frequently. I want to be able to offer support dmg but not dies as much. Should I get gear with power and vitality?

What kind of Rangers are you guys talking about being good in WvW? They all seem to be easy to beat. Glass Cannon, Cond/Trap.. I see them drop like flies.

So it seems like this topic is divided in two.

I’m gettin’ bored with this Ranger. It’s hard to kill 1v1 (Im not gonna rant here). I feel like I am just running in a huge group and don’t help too much. Maybe I am just bad. Anyone have a suggestion on a new class to roll just for WvW? I wanna be more involved and have more survivability while helping in killing people too.

Anyone have ideas for a build that can survive? Not kill your opponent but just survive and distract them? Maybe for supply runs?
