Yeah, I have the same problem with my toxic nimross mini. I use it all the time because I like the way ti glows.

I’m having the same problem. This only happens when I’m playing in WvW though.
There has been some improvements in PVE with only a small delay, but in WvW, there can be a 10 sec delay with skills popping off, in big fights its even worse.
I’m actually glad to see I’m not the only person experiencing this. I hope to see a reply from Anet soon.
