Next relink is 6th January, Arenanet has to think about reducing the servers that are in Europe. At the moment we have 15 servers + relinks so as a start they have to retouch the last tier.
It’s time to merge servers currently useless, the population in this game mode is ALL, if there is no equality of population this is doomed to failure. It’s time to merge some German and International servers, only 2 or 3 are decent the rest completely expendable.
Personally in 2 years I’ve been playing I’ve never seen the gametype so badly, you have to do something and do it now. There is no rebirth if the main people that only play at this gametype leaves the game.
At this moment we got 27 servers in EU half of them are GRAVEYARDS so it’s simple, start to merge and stop the bright ideas please…
This is not a server transfer problem, it’s a population one. WvW it’s made to play in servers with population and those players are looking for it to enjoy the gametype, nothing more.
At the moment Baruch Bay its marked like full and we only have population from 9pm to 3am. The rest of the whole day outnumbered, two borderlands and eb are empty, so I just wanna know how arenanet decide the population of them…
In my opinion EU really needs mark all national servers like international and let the people decide which server joins, nothing more. At the moment in Europe all players are moving to 2 servers of 14, so I hope you can understand that is not logical or shouldn’t be.
If you are talking about DPS meters during boss fights, nope there isn’t a official one from Anet and I doubt that there ever will be one.
Though Anet added a DPS training area in the raid lobby (portal near the bank) where you can test your dps. Here you can give yourself all the appropriate buffs and boons you want and have different enemy settings (Large/small hitbox, moving or static, condi’s etc.).
Every 20% of the golem’s health your personal DPS is given in your chat, including the time of the fight. With this you can test your rotations and test certain scenario’s and see what suits you best.
Using 3rd party programs to check your DPS is often not accurate and might be against the ToS of gw2. It might give a decent indication though
I tried with the golems in the pracctice area but in a real fight you can’t deal that DPS so it’s absurd in my opinion.
It’s the main reason that a official DPS released by Arenanet will be really useful to improve ourselves. I’m agree with you about 3rd programs party and it’s the reason that I don’t use them but if the community does is for an empiric necessity.
I hope they are considering the possibility of applying in a near future.

I’m seeing it with a 20% at the gem store, is that correct ? I want to be sure if is this a bug because I wanna buy it.
Give us the badge back, what is the sense to remove an icon that does not bother anyone which shows the hard work that user? What’s the point of keep it in PVE ?
You’re going to notice a big drop in population in PvP only by this movement, in fact the entire WvW population played PvP very casual until you placed the leagues and medal system.
So will be a no sense to play PvP when we got the legendary backpiece, at least before we got a badge as a reward like incentive, at the moment with this change we got nothing of that effort.
Arenanet have to start to consider merge some EU servers. We don’t need bronze leagues and we need better gold/silver leagues with players to fight.
I can’t understand servers like Piken or Gandara with 0 ppl playing WvW how can be closed or Baruch like the only spanish server have to move all new players to a foreign one.
