I like the looks, but i would go for a darker red and a more golden colour. Pyre sometimes seems really yellow. But that is just what you prefer!

It never kills me. Thieves are super predictable and if you play right with your dodges you can outplay them easily. Just burn them once and they panic so bad. I am playing with energy/battle sigil on my daggers, which gives me loads of dodges due to attunement swaps. Also Renewing Stamina (II in Arcana) helps a lot. The more you duel them, the fast you learn how to counter. The more you duel the same thief, the more predictable that person gets. Worked for me in every situation!

Wouldn’t go full celestial. I am using a few parts, but not full. You can combine it with berserker/tankier stats for good dmg and survivability.

I never have problem with thieves, unless they have some kittened pp/pd condi build. I can beat dd/sd or whatever everyday. You just need to make sure they wast most stuff on you like basilisk venom. If you see them pop it, pop shocking aura asap. Basically you are both stunned then and he has his elite wasted. If hes playing dp be sure to stand outside the blind field he puts down for dps. My best friend is my burningspeed + lightning flash, I can easily put out 10k dmg in one combo. Burning freaks them out most of the time also.

I got exactly the same since a few days. I can’t play in EB at all anymore without seeing people teleport over the place and have 10s delays on my skills.
Ive been sending tickets also and still no reactions. I wonder if it really is the Megaserver update, because after they introduced it I had no problems at all.

I normally burst them down. If stealthed = aoe, and most of the time I predict his movement, use my Blazing Flash and theyre dead :>

This bug almost hits me everyday. I teleport to kill someone, and just get stuck at my position. Same in big zergs. I get stuck and I can’t type /sit quick enough so I will die. It has been around for a long time, but it seems to get worse everyday. Wtb fix?

Nope I am from the Netherlands. But I am really getting sick of it now. I played 3 Ranked SoloQ’s and dc’d at the end of all 3. At like a 450 lead. And now I didnt get any rewards for these neither I got the wins counted.

Since 2-3 days I have been lagging all over the place both in Spvp and WvW. Within a few hours I dc’d over 4-5 times in a row, sometimes even per hour. I do not disconnect from teamspeak or whatsoever.

They should just remove the map from Ranked rotation.

Pvp is getting really boring. Everyone playing the same builds, Skyhammer is a ridicilous map in SoloQ. The only builds you get there is either decap engi, mesmer with focus, LB ranger etc. They dont even bother to fight anymore, just throwing people off. They should just remove Skyhammer from the maprotation in ranked games.

What kind of gear do you use with this build?

I have played this since I started playing WvW and I am being succesful doing it. At the moment I am trying 2 different builds; one with celestial and one with some berserker in it. Lets see the outcome.

I was just wondering. Since anet introduced the ‘ferocity’ change, I dont know which gear I should make anymore for my d/d ele.

I primarely run in guildraids + gvg’s, and I couldnt really decide whether I should use Berserker gear or Celestial gear. There have probably been quite some threads about this, but I couldnt seem to find some hehe. I also heard somewhere that celestial gear is probably receiving a minor boost to the other stats with the ferocity coming.

What do you guys think?

Love the new changes for d/d ele skills, but still, with the nerf of crit dmg…

A week ago, I just made ascended pieces of Celestial for my d/d ele. Now, thanks to this, its probably useless.

You get a gem refund, as confirmed by the post.

I know that I get a gem refund, but will my old armor be refunded as well? That costed 800 gems for me too. And according to the posts here they reskinned their t3 with this flamekissed armor set. So what if they wont refund old armor, those people will have to pay 119 again for t3?

So I’m not sure but think we’re in Gunnar’s Hold’s spot, I’m not sure where they went, we are 150k behind Millers, 5k behind Abaddons, which is the wrong way around, seeing as Abaddons always beats Millers…. (it’s the basics of the rock paper scissors thing)…

I have no idea what it exactly is. But because of this problem I havent been able to finish them at all. I restart my game, and then i get into an overflow which doesnt have the event. After joining my party in the world where the event was, I didnt get credit for my living story. GG.

Everytime I do one of those new Invasions, I get an great message that the game couldnt connect to the login servers. It isnt my internet, because I checked that already. Because of this I have missed over 3 invasions already. Whats up with that Anet?

Loving this match up. We had some awesome fights with GH at the beginning of reset. Especially with RAGE trying to lure us into their AC-deathtrap Keep it up guys!

For some reason I always disconnect at the 57th minute of the hour. So at 11:57,12:57 and so on. I just get a black screen and it says I lost connection. Anyone else has this problem? It annoys me very much since im most of the time leading in WvW.

I have the same problem. It is really annoying. I usually go to my desktop and just close the game and reopen it. Works fine for me. I’m a WvW player though, and keep disconnecting while taking a keep or tower is really bugging me.

For the achievement ‘Hints’ under the Hero tab, you need 83 hints completed. I completed them all, and still it does give me 82/83. Anyone else has this problem?
