Anyone had an update on this yet? 20 hours and nothing on my end.
Some form of compensation would be appropriate I think.
Still nothing 15 hours later.
12 hours now and no response.
I got the same useless e-mail. An invoice, but still with the invalid serial key.
Why have we not had a response in this thread?
This is unacceptable.
Couple hours ago.
Bought the game and I have received an invalid serial code. It’s only 7 digits long instead of 25 and does not work.
The same thing happened to me. I received a serial code which is only 7 digits long. Obviously doesnt work. Now I get to wait hours – days in the support queue to play the game I have paid for.
