Guild Wars 2

He received a response that a support member who works on account issues would check to see if anything was being done about our issues. That is not a response to us. Support staff has been completely vacant in the guild thread.

Given that we haven’t received a response on guild questions in forever, I think it’s time we finally posted something as a separate thread.

So, Support, are we ever going to hear anything about these guild issues? I mean, the game is called GUILD Wars 2. Shouldn’t you be working hard to fix the fact that Guilds are broken?

The thread says support tickets and this is technically attached to an account issue. Plus it’s been five days since I posted the ticket and nothing seems to be in the works for the guild issues seeing as no staff members have posted there in forever. Figured it’s worth it to at least have it pointed out to someone else that nothing seems to be being done about a major problem.

That’s the ticket. The guild started on Crystal Desert and moved to Devona’s Rest. Since the move I, as guild leader, have been unable to do anything but add members. I have no permissions for anything and can’t queue anything either. The permissions would likely be the account issue, something to do with the guild code when it comes to accounts of leaders.

If you deem this unworthy of being here then please delete it, Gaile. I just wanted to bring this up somewhere else in an effort to get the issue resolved or at least get some word that it’s being worked on. Thank you.

We are still in the bugged boat to where I cannot promote, demote, or anything. I have no permissions except to edit members. I cannot queue items for research either and we have enough influence stacked up that we could research a lot of things. I submitted a ticket five days ago about this and have had no response except an automated one saying something about items being missing.

Aside from my level 59 quest tome doing nothing, I now can’t set any permissions and I cannot put anything in queue even though I am the guild leader. This is annoying. Please fix this asap because it is screwing over the guild.

Wow, we aren’t getting stuff refunded for their mistakes? That’s some real customer service right there…

I still want this fixed. And I want my 400 influence.

I’ve submitted a couple of bug tickets as well.

For guild Eternitys Edge (EE) on Devona’s Rest. Yesterday I purchased the first guild booster and the 20 silver guild booster and we never received anything. Today I completed the level 59 personal quest and got the tome that gives your guild 400 influence. I used it and received nothing. I would either like it back, or the 400 influence attributed to my guild.
