I need that piece but I made a mistake so I am asking a answer, I did a ticket and no answer in return so I ask a dev to answer my request in private/in-game or the forum but I inspect a answer.

But if you open the box with the wrong caracter you are lost.

I made the ticket the second I saw it was the wrong armor type, no respond from them… :/

Because ascended armor is account bound. Your ranger can open a chest of heavy armor and then pass it on to a warrior, guardian, or revenant.

But yes, you will have to contact support to see if there is anything they can do.

That is stupid and you can easily make the mistake. Why just giving you the option by giving you the armor type your class need or if you need that piece of armor for a other caracter, passing the chest to him instead? Seriously Iam sad, what I will doing with a heavy armor piece with my ranger?

Yesterday I opened a ascended chest and I took the wrong piece type armor, I took a heavy armor piece and I wanted the medium armor piece instead (Iam a ranger).

My second point is why you give all type armor option if the chest is bound the account?

still bugged and lost a pvp game because this bug. Ho wait, there a tournement coming…

I use 2,3,4,3,5

4 for the %15 more damage/condition damage.

I use 1 only if all other are on CD.

Why this skill put you in combat each time I use it when Iam out of combat?

F2 Smokescale is actually good do not change it for that smoke field.

The bleeding from the back and side restriction thing is one of the silliest weapon design choices ever.

The bleeding when hitting an enemy’s side or back is not silly, it encourages players to think about their positioning during a fight.

The guy play engineer with a pistol who can bleed on a hit and now ask rangers to be more skilled because they want this same machanic?

Maybe make it a cask-like arrow that breaks if it hits an enemy and spreads several nearby targets?

I see Poison Volley like I see Spitblade on the axe has a melee skill, more closer to the target you are more bigger the stack is.

Since the rebuild on condition, the bleed on crossfire must be “on it”.
Overall, the shortbow skills are good.

If I have the taunt ability, I have to press twice to activate the pet ability.

First time I press is the taunt and the second time is the pet ability.

The first time I log for the new patch and new skill system the game “lost” my favorite caracter, thank you so much…

I contact and made a ticket, there no clue.

I cant log on my ranger, the game each time in the window screen.

I can log other caracter but not my ranger and I want play it…

I cant log my caracter. I can go to caracter screen but I select my main that make the game crash.

On the tooltip you can read “gain fury for 9sec on a CD of 9 sec” but the buff give 5sec fury on a CD of 9sec.

bump it happen half the time I load the client and I have a major crash window each time I log out.

And yes it happen since the last patch (1/21)

Is when the bugs on ranger will be fix they will realise how ranger is weak versus all other class…

That sound to me like, “upgrade our zerg”, “make zerg more effective” and “we need a wxp/karma train more effective”.

With lag in wvw, is 350 range you need.

My beastmaster hybrid build, I use it to solo, scout or roaming with small group.

You can change for Greatsword in exchange of the bow or the sword/dagger and can switch for a bird (need a pet with hit crit).

this game is over for me. Im desapointed how many topic and idea we post on this forum (skill idea/fix bug) nothing or near nothing move… seriously they are laugh about us.

WvW with a ranger is forget it because if you are good with something with your ranger there a other class who it better.

One years and half and we looking for something good on that class you, pet is broke, our mechanic is broken. The pet is slow, the ranger is slow.

So tell me what a ranger can do better than a other class. Seriously Im curious.

Anyway, everything the ranger have a other class have better. Anet dont care about that class and dont care what say on the forum. After the day one, nothing put that class in something awesome in pvp/wvw except being the target because you are the weakness of the group.

Ranger and pet fight more as one unit in melee combat.

There’s no reason for the leap attack, when the target is standing right there – so how about swapping a different attack when the target is in range of your weapon already?

That’s reasonable, it bugs me too in close range. Worth it for the mobility, though.

turn and use hornet sting, turn and use monarch leap. There you go.

I’ve never had too much problem with the sword but as i was reading this i got a sense of wonder: “how about that!” Ty for the tip, i’ll give it a whirl.

Try that in combat with a target near dead and go stealth, best rage ever…

HS/ML is enough to get out of combat. Sword need more stability in the control, at the moment you chase a stealth one, you cant attack in place to get a hit.

The chain attack is for chase your target and cripple him.

I have i idea about the one hand sword and his number one, make us leap only if we have someone in target like the gardien with his teleport. So trying hitting someone in stealth will be easier and behave less then jumping like a moron…

Water spirit is good to address ranger viability in dungeons. Not so much in pvp.

Now we provide enough support to warrant 1 ranger on a team. (Spotter, frost, heal)

I hate spirit I play BM but AI in this game is weak.

Is it just me or water spirit is a other epic fail from our “pro” balance director?

More I see what they do for the ranger is laughing at us, I am sure they read our topic on forum and laugh… Rare the time when I hear “need a ranger in my group” never hear that exempt for that cheeze spirit “noob” build…

I see every new healing spell and even if you are spec spirit, that skill is a dump.

You forgot the most important weapon…. main hand sword.

You’ll also want to carry an axe and torch.

I run longbow-sword/dagger(or warhorn) in group and I change my longbow for my shortbow in solo or small group(avoke squad). I cant imagine running without a sword and the dagger is the cherry on the sundae.

Seriously that healing spirit hooooooo wow… 6sec for a interval of 10 sec.

when I seen the guy reading the skill I seen in his face “that skill is lame…”.

And I admit I have to spec in spirit to get advantage on it, other class not.

……………………… why not a skill bassed on the pet activity like the necro or the mesmer.

All I see is the only build the ranger can play in sinergy in a group is the spirit ranger…

The unbalance of some match up is annoying, no challenge.
Anet need to mixte EU and NA server for a better balancing.
