Well, as a former Gunnar’s player, who is now in tier 3. I understand everyone’s frustration with blobs/zergs whatever. However it annoys me in every thread, the piken one also (many from piken complaining). Every server is different. Each server would prefer battles being fought on their own terms. So yeah, a 20 man guild would prefer facing a zerg of 30-40 players instead of 70. However how can they not understand that if the enemy does that they lose every single time?

Every server simply adapts to the strengths of others. I hear Dzagonur is able to constantly whirlwind their own siege. People in higher tiers have trouble doing so quite often still, so hats of to them if they cover the entire area you can countertreb against.

Coverage is just plain annoying, but thats how WvW works. So if it annoys you enough to complain about on the forums this often. Maybe consider moving to a higher tier where the differences in coverage can be more equal (if that’s not an option, why complain? Do so after you wrote a letter to Arenanet stating why they should change it, because noweone here wants to read it, almost everyone agrees.)

Lastly, if I annoy anyone by lurking in this thread and now posting. I’m sorry, but Gunnars still has many happy memories for me.

Edit: Yes, moving to a higher tier might mean (longer) queues, but thats the price you pay for coverage!

They should under no circumstance come to Piken Square. We already have a big russian presence so other servers might be able to make more use of their coverage.

I wonder, who is the vD thief I keep seeing everyday? You make my life a hell whenever i switch to staff for nuking your trebs… Also flipping camps and stuff, props. You are actually known as THE ‘vD thief’ soooo yeah… Soak up the fame ^^

I’m deeply ashamed of both the GH and the FSP people on this thread. Babies, babies everywhere!

FSP beat us fair and square during prime time, props to them! Millers are just taking the proverbial leftovers. That said, Zimmy would you be interested in a GvG against cryhavoc? a true mettle of who’s better or not ^^. We can agree upon numbers and the like. Then i have no problems with your claim

awesome fight trying to defend bay against GH on GH BL just now i think we res lord about 4 times lol, there was literally a handful of us defending against a huge army of GH and i think we pulled together nicely and really held out as long as we could, great fight to be remembered

Handful? THAT’S a handful?! You had a million gusy! In my view, the sides were very evenly matched.

We had a tough time getting our guys to push in because they were obsessed with downing that lord you were ressing, gj.

Maybe you were in a different fight ? on a different map ? or just check your eyesight

I had alot of fun tonight, which hasn’t been the case all week. FSP was it me or were your numbers less then last night? Had an event of sorts? I was glad I could finally look upon a fully green borderland again, because kitten You guys went around yesterday ^^. Wondering what the end score will be, a very close one me thinks.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful matchup which was maybe the most even one of all tiers! And there was a lot that we learned from this week.

PS: I wonder if any of the Far Shiverpeaks guilds want to GvG against CryHavoc(CHvc) next week if we get matched up. I can’t say anything from cryhavoc’s side but we really enjoyed the last one against NightPact (RoF). And it’s maybe an idea to pitch in! =)

Ghehe, I wonder if some Millers sound folks (mostly Army) are reading this but you’re not getting Hills while im leading the defense there!

Love your persistance though since it’s basically not allowing me to go anywhere.

PS: Stop hating the trebs i put up for Redlake, it’s getting rather expensive!
