Guild Wars 2

I’ve been using a combination of Redemption, Emerald and Antique Gold that I rather like. I think it fits rather well with the Priory weapons, which I am also fond of.

I’ve been waiting for names to free up since release. It is fairly irritating since they’ve said, “Shortly after launch, we’ll free up all the unclaimed names for new Guild Wars 2 players to use.”

If someone reserved them and they arent available then someone is obviously using them.

That is not true. All reserved names are still reserved regardless of if they’re in use or not. You can check this by finding a reserved name and searching for a player with that name in game. If it is not in use, the game will tell you.

According to the October 1st update notes,

Fixed the conversion on all items that were changed from soulbound to account bound to actually be account bound now.

However, with Mystic Salvage Kits, this is not the case. They are still soulbound, but are labelled as account bound.

Logged in on the 20th and noticed I was missing close to 6g. I suspect it is from failed gem transactions from the 19th.

They’re supposed to be saved for 24 hours.

If it is the armor I am thinking of then I think it is called Duelist’s armor. I remember getting a few pieces for completing high level zones, around the 70 to 80 range.

Dang; as much as I want to make my character, I can’t bring myself to do it knowing the name I would like to use isn’t currently in use. I guess a lot of people might see a name as no big deal, but I always have to decide pretty carefully before choosing them.

I’m in the same situation. Have been waiting quite awhile now to make a character with a name that is on the reservation list; it is a bit frustrating. I know that the name I am trying to use is not in use already because when searching for it in-game it tells me no player is currently using that name.

They’re the weapons you can buy if you choose to join the Durmand Priory in your personal story. As far as I am aware, there is no other way to get them.

I would also really like to know when these names will free up; been wanting to make a character with one that is held for some time, and been unable to. It is rather frustrating when you know a name isn’t being used and still can’t use it.

I’ve been wanting to know when those names would be freed up for awhile now. There are a few I would like to use, and I’d rather not make the characters I planned to use them on before I know if I will actually be able to use the name or not.
