I too am in the same boat…full zerkers now farming for knights, hoping a build will find me. Lookin at Sonic Boon, dont wanna just do dos and not help my party anymore i guess. Someone should post an innovative, fun build that works here -_-

Alright, thanks for all the detail. If i find i can have it my way ill definatly refer to your answer. I plan on keepin a bow in my bag for situations, but hoping i dont need it permanantly as my offset weapon

Hit 80 recently, and im aiming for being a strong PvE warrior who can hop onto WvW without too much hassle. I do not wish to support, shout, or heal. What builds do you guys have that can incorporate greatsword into, while also having sword/horn or axe/mace as offset?
I’m looking to do dps, but also be sliiiightly tankier than full berserker or something.
Please be as precise as you can, builds, armors, sigils, weapon suggestions, notes about build.
Axe/Mace with GS is what i’d truly like to be, so let me know if this is even a sound idea. I figure axe/mace for reliable damage, vuln and a stun, then to switch to GS when i can burst or need to escape a fight.

I just hit 80 yesterday, and am still in lvl 60-70 yellows. I would like to know how to go about getting good looking, 80 exotics efficiently. I only have 9g to my name. My plan is, pick out a mixture of dungeon armors i want, then do the explorable dungeons until i have it all. Then sigil them up, and wear them until i can afford berserker armors, to then transmute my dungeon sets onto. From here, I will be decked out in the stats and looks i want, and I will then have fun with dye colors.

Is this plan the usual? is it too ambitious for some reason, maybe i need more 80 gear before attempting some explorables? Also, I’d like to know how/where I can get rings, accessories, and bag that have good stats as well.

For warriors specifically (My class), I’m planning on mostly berserker armor, and knight trinkets, etc. maybe one peice of knight armor for a bit more tankiness. Any thoughts, suggestions? I like greatsword/sword horn for now, so thats what im basing this off of.

TLDR: How do i gear a fresh 80 for the first time?

I’m looking for some warrior builds for sPvP in detail. I am open to trying any combinations, I enjoy most weapons available to us. I can’t for the life of me find what builds are useful for the current metagame, so please give me a hand.

Hey guys, I’m lookin for a good bunch of people to join up with on darkhaven. Still a noob to GW2, so I definitely could use some guidance. I’ve conquered a few MMOs and RTSs in my day, and cant wait to see how I stack up here.

I main a warrior so far, probably gonna hit up a mesmer next. Only level 21 so far, but I’m gonna only be at university part time this semester and have all the time in the world.

TLDR: LF fun and somewhat serious/active guild, still a noob but willing and wanting to learn all I can about this awesome game.
