Trying to open blue or green map meta bonus chests from auric basin will instantly crash my game every time.
FOUND THE SOLUTION!
You must stand in the boss area before and while the timer finishes. When the timer ends and you are in the boss area then you will the credit.
I too got this bug. See pic.
According to several guides I followed (including dulfy’s) I got all the baubles in World 1 Zone 1 but upon defeating the zone and collecting all the baubles in the boss chest I did not get the achievement.

I think this achievement is bugged too. did it twice and no achievement yet.
