My problem is related to the mastery points of Tyria.Friends told me they got em doin the personal story with all races.I started today with my asura and when i ended the story lv 10,even if i got the achievment and clickin on it it says mastery points earned,i still have same amout and i didnt get.is it a bug or something?

thanks PureOwn.2069 you are correct its a telia problem… I switched to my Work VPN which is TDC and then I was online…. my home ISP is Stofa (using Telia Network).
Anet must fix connections via Telia ! Or it seems to be a Network issue related to which ISP people use. Cant really blame Telia, but Anet should look at Network/routers.
If it’s Telia problem,Anet cant do anything for that.They dont control our ISP or how our ISP sends packets across the network; solution could be to contact our ISP and tell them about the problem…but you can imagine that probably ISP wouldnt care at all
It does kind of seem like lots of us with this problem are in Italy… do you guys have Fastweb???
Ye Italian people have problem with that ISP.Imho looks like that all people have problems when their ISP reach Gw2 servers trough TELIA servers….so basically the problem is in the middle.I have packet loss on this server and some before

– Are there specific times of day when do or you don’t experience lag? – I don’t experience lag before 8pm and after midnight
– When do you remember first experiencing lag of this severity in GW2? – October 2014
– Do you also experience lag playing other games? NCsoft games like Wildstar? – Dont play it
– Do you live in NA or EU? – EU
– Are you playing on NA or EU servers? – EU
– Was your account ORIGINALLY created on NA or EU?
If it may help,during Christmas holydays i had no lag,it was back after them….this makes me thing that is servers problem since people is back from holidays and so more people is playing. Did you do something to servers since then? Like reducing servers capacity? Cause i dont see any other explanation. Hope u fix it soon,good work
that screen shows it all, if you look closely you see rain of arowcarts shooting over my head and landing in centre were treb was standing…. i had to be fast making the picture so i died during that by targeting the right player on the cart…. and suprise suprise it was the commander. plz learn to play fair…
if you have trouble seeing the proof infront of you try to zoom in on that picture,
made it a litle easyer were to look on that picture for ppl in denial.
I was there and i totally agree that it was a hack.The picture can confirm it
