Instead of beating around a dead bush, siege trolling needs to have consequences. Just like in real life. I don’t understand what is so hard. If so many people have reported the same thing; taken pictures, sent video, proven with documentation- i.e. reports, do something to them. Why must everyone else suffer for it? If you want to say that they don’t understand how to play the game. Then after “siege troll” has been reported so many times a email via in-game or to their account says that their conduct has been deemed inappropriate and if they continue with their behavior will be banned. When a name is deemed inappropriate you get contacted to fix it, why can you not do the same with siege trolling?

I really loved Ultima Online, if you had a problem you qued a GM. You were given a que # and a real life person would come into the game to discuss the situation. If you don’t have resources then only allow GM’s for certain situations, ie hacking/trolling.

It is very disheartening that this problem has been around at least since last season and still has not been addressed. The same person is still doing the same things on TCBL and have admittedly said are being paid by “x” server to do it.

Make this game enjoyable again by honoring the player base you have – JUST BAN THEM FOR REPEATED OFFENSES.

Make their actions be accountable.

I totally agree with the OP. If this is not some late April fools joke, perhaps the joke is on Anet for all the people who will finally leave the game and find greener pastures. I have played since release and “played the game the way I wanted to play it” to the best of my ability. Hence Anet doesn’t let you play the game much of any way anymore. I have played for 4,032 hours over the past 746 days. I don’t think I will EVER make another character again. I don’t even care if new classes/races come out. Actually I just purchased a character slot < a month ago and want a refund. So disappointed. I don’t even have to remind myself I AM NOT CHINA but Anet seems to try to shove it down my throat. If i wanted to play China’s Guild Wars 2 version….. I would move there. Where is our American version back.

For a game that is called Guild Wars 2 you would think we could get some support to utilize the commander tag better than giving us a new color for 300g. Why not have something we can use our badges for other than armor or weapons that you can’t salvage or remove the runes out of.

Glad to see something being done in wvw but seriously, this is what we get? Where are new maps that change every week, benefits to sentry and keep tower/keeps. With the new siege disabler they are only going to create mega blob vs mega blob.

I will never buy another color for 300g what a waste.

I did the same thing, but I sent a ticket and they refunded me my gems back. Just explain to them what happened.

The way I see it I won’t even open the present because it sucks. I will just leave it in my mailbox.

I loved GW1 presents because you could get something totally random and all my toons had a high chance at all getting something different. NO more mini purchases for me. So, Happy Birthday to us “slaps us in face”. Just a rude awakening.

Did you call your credit card company. It may be a security feature. I had the same issue back when it was released and it only let me buy one, but after I called it when thru.

Had issues with getting stuck in portal (server crashed) sent a ticket and then anet fixed that, knew it was not my end because I was able to log in under a different toon and it worked. Now after completing a heart that toon can’t move in game and I tried to wp out server crashed. Server crashed when I tried to log back into account. Closed client and tried to get back in (server crashed).. Hopefully they get their act together and fix alot of bugs or I will find some other way to spend my time and it won’t be waiting for them. Have been a loyal gw1 player and am very frustrated with all the so called fixes that are not fixes but a cheap bandaid. Hope things turn around or will quit and take my friends with me.
