This would be a lovely idea. Hopefully it would not be too difficult to implement since the features already exist in some interaction points in the game.

My guild roster is not displaying the account names for members so I cannot tell who is who in the list. This is worst on Tyria Energy Concern [TEC] on Yak’s Bend. I have submitted a bug report a couple times and an official support ticket. No word yet. Mine seems to get worse each day I log in and it has started to affect guild roster lists too, making it really difficult to tell who is online and interact with friends.

Mine has become so bad my contacts and one guild roster is completely useless as nearly everyone on it but myself, my husband’s account, and maybe 1 friend at a time show up at all. Everyone else is “…”. Even says “… has come online or gone offline.”

The number does not appear for me either.

This started happening for me today. I have tried exiting the game client and even rebooting my computer. Any cut scene mode with voice over is effected and the npc skips the first few lines and starts to cut in mid way then cuts out again. My character sounds like she is talking to herself. I am playing Sylvari storyline with the White Stag and it has happened in every single story mode and the scout heart voiceovers as well.

I’m currently at Hounds and the Hunted. I’m rather disappointed, as I really enjoy this part of the game. I didn’t notice this before today with any other race storylines, including another Sylvari alt.
