Magic Find Mechanic

So how does the Magic Find Mechanic work? Because with the idea of giving an account wide magic find that you can boost using Fine and Masterwork salvaging (and I assume that it can go up infinitely), getting rares, exotics, and even precursors will become infinitely easier.

If it is something like this, I think it MIGHT be fine…

Example:
Chance of precursor is 0.0001%
Account Magic Find Boost = 2,000%
Does that mean that the chance of precursor dropping is 0.002%?

But if people invest in getting a TONS of Magic Find… it might spikes up to 1% (which is highly improbable but is very much a possibility).

Did Lornar’s Pass and Fireheart Rise twice each, and they both didn’t give me credit.

DID NOT DISCONNECT OR SWAP CHARACTER IN ANYONE OF THEM (Big important note to the devs).

Edit: Just did Lornar’s Pass again, still no update.

The Flame and Frost storyline will culminate in the new dungeon, the Molten Weapons Facilities. This dungeon is available for a limited period of time.

This is a big concern for me.
I understand that this is a living story, however, think about all the other dungeons that we have. The story becomes outdated after we finished our story quest, but the dungeon stays.

If this Molten Weapons Facilities dungeon is only available for a limited period of time, this would be extremely disappointing for most players. I would like to have this dungeon added to the list of dungeons indefinitely.

Please consider this, ANet! I understand the removal of all the other living world content, but the dungeon should stay, just as how the explorable mode being a little of an aftermath of the event happened in the story mode.
