Looks like you must be at WvW to retrieve catas. No more questions)

I clearly have characters that represented this guild for more than 72 hours straight – still nothing for them.

So, i created new guild and did all upgrades that are needed for building guild catapults.

Now i have serious problems with retrieving them from built upgrades and adding additional catas to build queue.

You can see on screenshot that i’m the only member of the guild, therefore GM.

On second screen you can see that “Activate” button for guild catas is inactive for me, so i can’t retrieve them.

On third screen you can see that i can’t even add new catas to the queue, as button is inactive too.

For the sake of testing i tried spending some time in WvW while representing guild. After about 1 hour “Activate” button become active and i could retrieve 1 cata and add 1 cata to queue each 10 minutes. When i retrieved both catas, i could not add more catas in the queue.

Another test was afking in Rata sum while representing guild for 2 hours. “Activate” button was not activated and i can’t retrieve catas.

The question is – what should really be done to get catas from “Upgrades” tab? You know, with all these “always represent” around, 2 hours representing another guild while doing WvW is not a solution

Because when you see in TP section a topic about a guy posting an order of 92.000 ecto (about 30.000 gold) nobody bats an eye and instead discuss how profit the situation….

Even the dev doesn t ask himself if there is nothing wrong with a player having 30.000 gold (nothing achievable by playing any other part of the game).

I think 30.000 is perfectly achievable with a little bit of dedication and without crafting those ugly legendaries.

There is surely people with 10+ legendaries who just farm, play events, do dungeon runs and sell lootz. 10+ legendaries is about those 30.000 gold.

Why you want to affect those who play like they want but not like you want?
Current system was done with purpose.

There “are” people who enjoy it. Let them have their fun.

If you are not having fun, don’t do it. I don’t enjoy wvw and jumping puzzle too, I didn’t ask Anet to remove that from the game.

If Anet want a real suggestion, make an easy mode. To appease to the more casual player. Keep the hard mode since there are obviously people who enjoy it by the feedback.

So you really like and enjoy:
- Paying for: waypoints (if nobody resurects you), repair bills, 20s for every atempt with 5
gambits
- Waiting for you next fight.
- Having lags from the zerg during your fight

Or do you enjoy the actual fight, the thinking how and with which setup to beat the opponent. Even if it takes you 40 tries?
I think that is the diference the OP wants to show. Its not that the fights are to dificult, it´s rather the sorroundings that bother him.

You can bring a friend (it is MMO), buy better comp(it is MMO) and think why you failed and what to do better next time (it is challenging content).

Playing 2 hours on one character should reward you as much shineys as playing 2 hours on 2 characters. On what alt you want to play is a matter of pleasure of playing them.

I can see that alts could be “abused” to farm faster. At least with respect to the gold drops in the dungeon. I think there are people who would like BiS gear for their alts and are frustrated with the pace of attaining them. But really that’s more of a gripe about ascended gear. (until, of course, someone comments that ascended gear is easy to get, it only takes a month, and then we are complaining about alts again).

Nothing at all changed in regards of ascended gear with last patch. But i partially agree. Laurels should be character bound and dailies character bound too. Still, as i understand, set of rings can be attained for infinite number of characters just as fast as for one character through fractals if one desires so.

Last time i logged in, GW2 was a rather fun game, not a job to put some work into.

I play alts when i want to play alts. I play main when i want to play main and in WvW, because ranks. Everything ok, fix yourself.

My point is that i can not count Deso and Abaddon numbers at this screen, but i can count yours and they are blobby.

No Idea how a Guild of 35 running without a badge facing off enemy who is 2x teh size to be considered a blob.

Because 35+ ppl – is a blob.
If it is one guild – it is guildblob.
If it is one guild that is very bad at gvg – it is gvgbadsguildblob.

You can think about your server and your guild anything you want – but other than [VII] guild (they are very good and terrifying, with just about 18-25ppl) all your guilds most of the time clustered in one big blob. Or like in [SPRT] case is a big blob itself.

Guess ignorance is just ignorance. My Guild This Is SPARTA [SPRT] Runs without a badge. It has been like that forever. We never promote or encourage friendlies/pugs/soloers to bandwagon on us WE DESPISE THEM. If by chance couple of them are good with following a guild without badge thn they are just lucky enough to get extra walking deso loot bags. SPRT and FG were the only 2 biggest Piken guilds. Sparta average 35-40 FG average 50-60. Now that FG left SParta alone is the biggest guild and still we dont call upon whole map to blob with us Unlike Deso where I see all small and big guilds moving togethere as 1 and teh goal is to get the TOWER – BUt again why does that massive BLOB of 60+ fail to stand againt 35 Spartans? Why does Deso panic even if they see a group of 20+ guild from piken running lose on there border? You and I both know the answer to that. Regarding GvG… SPARTA sucks at GvG the reason is simple… WE SUCK AT GVG!

But again – Open filed battles are always more skillful compared to planned GvG. in Which Desolation definitely SUCKS.

Regarding FG, I am glad they left cause they were only taking up space for qeues. I still dont see anything wrong with Piken Score as we are a 3 hour community and during those 3 hours Piken incomes the most even with no Qeue on borderland just couple of small medium guilds running lose on border which a single blob from deso cannot handle. So come back and fight us when you have some skills – when you can defend your own T3 keep against a single Piken guild and dont have to hide inside with 2x numbers and still lose it.

And Sparta never plays borderland where we dont have 2x our numbers. You may ask Jue from FG about it. I am sure he will second what I said. So when you say deso was just 20 and sparta was 35 + 10 and killed you, took your t3 tower. You are just anotehr Liar. For another referrence You should ask Carcasstro of AFTL an old friend of mine he was there on several occasions when Sparta took t3 Hill and BAY single handedly

Its always good to admit where you stand skillwise. Cause if you dont you are just a LIAR and you be caught with your lies when you play other servers with Guilds like SFR and baruch Bay -,-

Wow, you 35-40 guildblob with several lucky pugs kills 50 deso pugs that are not even in VoIP. And retreat back to garri when 2 20 ppl guilds attack simultaneously. That is great victory, yeah, lol.

In reality – you are serious enemy, but don’t act like it is pure skill and not blobbing, its just not true.

No Idea what Bubbles is blabbering about – but I have not seen a single Abaddon or Deso guild stand alone against My Guild This Is SPARTA [SPRT] – We took your t3 Hills seevral times single handedly while there was Abaddon trying to flank us at same time. I saw over 60 players from desolaton hiding on inner hills while our Omega train killed your Wall. This didnt happen once but on number of occasion. The videos are uploaded. So come back when you can really back your words. Piken has been always the EU prime time raiders. FG left Piken and bandwagoned on Deso. Did that affect piken in any way? yes, it did. No more qeue and more quality work and less Bandwagoning and free loot bags for you. So when desolation is able to produce a Guild that can face off with This Is SPARTA [SPRT] come and complain to us. If you cannot do 1 guild that can outrun us. I will allow you 2 guilds that cover whole 80 slot togethere – come and FACE US. We will tear your T3 tower along with your Guilds defending it over and over again.

I think the reason is that it is harder to kill 20 ppl with 20 than with your usual blob of (35+)guildies + (10+)pugs

Firstly, not all stances give you boons, so there is no way to increase their duration (traits, food, etc).

It is great that they are not boons. They can’t be stripped or converted on you like our super-duper signet elite.

Why do you need shout heals in PvE?

Yep. It is still around 4-5% of your power.

It is 2.5-3 permanent stacks of might, that are always with you. For comparison discipline gm trait will give you only one stack, only after a weapon swap in combat, only for 10 sec. And most likely if you change your, let’s say Hammer, on let’s say, sword+warhorn, you don’t want might, you only want to get out of place where you are now.

9.5 – Hammer/Sword-Horn – WvW. Still, too much bad traits, but gameplay is very-very ok, at least today.

Don’t agree about 5% blablabla minor grandmaster defense trait. It is like 5% raw damage in soldiers-knights-cavalier gear. It much better that any warrior minor trait besides those in arms tree and damage-on-dodge minor.
If it will be removed for something like “Nearby enemies get 1 stack of bleed when you revive an ally”, i will go mad(
