I bet you if we’d been trying to purchase gems a solution would have been found several hours ago:/ I’ve checked all my chars to make sure none of them somehow landed up with the money, checked BLTC just incase the money was refunded that way but it has just seemed to vanish. My friend has also checked his chars but none of them have it:/ It’s been two days and still nothing:( Sad panda is sad

@Junyper, i’ve had the exact same problem where 1.5g i sent to my friend never arrived:/ at this stage of the game 1.5g is a lot to most us who aren’t lvl 80 yet.

Been several hours with no response from an admin or a way to fix this problem, made a ticket/report in game but still nothing:/

I know i’m not the only one with a problem/bug. But has anyone had the same problem i mentioned? Where items/gold just seem to disappear in the mail?

Oh and I made sure that he had deleted his previous messages just in case his inbox was full. Didn’t help:/

Hello. I recently sent 1g 50s to my friend. But the money did not arrive on there side. Earlier today someone else had also tried to send me a weapon but the message came through as blank. Both of us have tried restarting the GW2 client but it was to no avail. I wouldn’t mind losing a bit of money, but 1g 50s is a rather large sum at my level. I’d greatly appreciate any help in sorting out this problem. Thanks in advanced.
