I really love the new crystal guardian greatsword. Does anyone know how to get this.

i heard it drops from the champion icebrood in HoTw path 1, is there any where else i can farm for this maybe even solo?

i really dont mind the account bound tokens

i just wish we could get a bit more per day

80 -100 tokens would be nice

that way we are still time gated but would take a little less time

and the oozes even spawned on the platform but were not aggressive

this same exact thing happened to me

I used to play City of Heroes since beta and that was 15/month till they went FTP.

So i dont mind dumping some cash into this game especially if it helps the devs out, ive probably spent around 200 bucks already

My only gripe with the game is that legendarys dont really seem that amazing so i dont want to grind for them

i rather grind for volcanus or mjonir( almost done)

devs need to make those things really amazing before i go on the months long journey of attempting to RNG my way into a precursor

also dont forget which everyone else also forgets

RNG = grind

grind = you play more

gems= gold

gold equal = you play more

you play more = grind for gold to obtain items that are just for vanity

there is no monthly sub

i much rather have RNG than a monthly sub

this game has little risk

very little

and rewards loads of gameplay, of course most of those rewards are RNG based and some of us might feel a little betrayed especially when a noob gets a godly drop but RNG will keep the rare loot rare

if we got guaranteed drops, everyone would be running around with a legendary of some kind

making it less mediocre

We were able to buy the skins for wintersday from the store if im correct.
Maybe just maybe the devs based those sales with RNG and it showed RNG chests are more profitable so they decided to go with RNG chests because Dev’s gotta eat.

Everyone is sad and depressed that A-net doesn’t post the weapon skin tickets str8 on the gem store but they need to understand that if you guys want to keep playing this game A-net has to figure out a system to keep players happy and continue to make revenue.

They already changed it up by having all mobs drop chests and putting high potential chance chests in the store

give them time

they will figure it out

Guild Wars 2 is awesome and the devs will find a way to improve the game with every monthly update

i like the model but not the textures

these are for the dragon bash

and i believe they will be in the RNG dragon coffers

i did the molten facility 32 times

got nothing

i bought at least 30 keys

got one ticket

RNG is just grief

and it will eventually turn me off

i wont stop playing but i wont have the stamina or patience to farm on end for a vanity item

i will just stick to dungeons and collecting dungeon weapons because its not worth it in my opinion

my solution would keep the RNG so that arenanet can make profit from the gullible big spenders that buy chests over and over again

it would also allow us grievers that farm for hours to actually get a taste of one skin ticket by either turning our cash into gems or our gold

the devs will get cash for continual support and we will at least not feel like we are cheated

the point of my system is pretty much to try and get everyone happy

the devs need cash because there is no sub

we want these elusive skins but RNG is way more profitable then placing all these skins on the market

with this system we are guaranteed at least one skin and if you so choose you can try the rest on RNG luck and continue supporting the devs

i just hate that even with the 200% magic find boost

its near impossible

imagine if they hadn’t given us the boost

makes me wonder whats the point of magic find

this will only work on your first PURCHASE of (blacklion key for fused, box for sclerite)

not first drop as to ensure that arenanet gets money to continue services for us

an we all have several characters that would like these skins so even though we get a free skin in first purchased box, we will continue to buy more for more skins for alts

example scenario, i buy 10 boxes for the first time

get a skin ticket in first box and crap in the rest

i dont feel bad about wasting ten bucks because i at least got a guaranteed skin and chances at others

everyone wins

scenario 2, i buy ten boxes and get the guaranteed skin and another one on 9th box

i feel extremely lucky and buy ten more

i fail on second order of ten boxes but dont feel bad because i got two skin tickets

win win again

the first chest you buy ( not by drops) has a guaranteed ticket for weapon skin.

every chest there after is back on the 000000000000.1 % chance of ticket drop rate

this way at least you get a vanity skin for sure and those who want more for alts have to jump on the buy gems bandwagon

and by not giving out the first ticket in dropped boxes this will guarantee arenanet money and be fare to all of us who

JUST WANT THE FREAKING SCEPTER FOR THEIR NECRO!!!!!!!!!!!
