I don’t feel confortable with the demon word on revenant, because religion. Is this name “demon” important for the lore and revenant? Could this be switched for other stance name? Thanks guys! Those nerfs are behaving inefficiently and wrongly, as a result of
an inefficient and wrong work. There was an attempt to fix something , but handed the task into the wrong hands.
It dont matter to me if i have to stay months away from pvp to get that radiant backguard. I made a legendary out of pvp, so i could do it again easily. What you arent getting is that this achievment iten is not like the llamas or anything that you can farm in pvp. Not even close… The time needed to farm the radiant backguard is lol
I never play PvP because I don’t enjoy it, but I collect mini pets. Which means at some point I’m going to have to do a lot of PvP to get the mini llamas and the miniatures of the Mist Champions.
I don’t like it, but I understand that Anet can’t simply ensure all the items I want are obtained through things I like doing, and that it wouldn’t be fair to other people who like the same items but different gameplay if they did.

It’s Radiant Backguard (backpack).
I’m a simple Spvp player, but i do some pve content sometimes. It’s look like it will be impossible for me to get it without taking a very very very long break from my favorite game mode.
It will fit my character’s look!
Does anyone here share my pain? When i was making my legendary weapon as a spvp player, I knew it would be difficult but it was possible. This time I can not see light at end of tunnel ;/
I do not want to take from anyone the right to feel special or something like that, but that backpack _ i’m dreaming with it!!

Recently I decided to invest in chaos weapons after reading the August patch notes that the value of one ticket would only be for four weeks. We are in the fifth week now, since 12 august. That kind of thing harms investors. If investing is not good, just remove it from game. Now if it is in the rules, please don’t do this type of thing, it’s like make someone go on a sinking ship.
Seriously, condition burst is a concept that should not exist. You can be very tanky and have lots of DPS as a cond semi bunker class. You need power precision and ferocity to do good power damage, but seriously, you only need condition damage to condition damage. how fair? Condition should be a Damage over time concept: you have cleanse, ok you are safe for now, you dont have cleanse??? take damage!! But not this way that someone that have lots of vit and toughness can hit you for a huge amout in seconds!! oh wait!! And it AoE, i repeat, AoE!!!! What is happening to this game
Phantasms are killed by AoE or Line of sight, they go chase the target and get stacked up and ban, no phantasms. This make shatter the most viable option, because you dont need to rely pure on phantasms. Seriously, is mesmer class really messed up? Give phantasms more health or something, this is getting tedious. You go demi bunk: no damage. you go berserker: got big hit by conditions or thief. I fell like other classes can go semi bunk with decent DPS. I think mesmers need a serious revamp. Make more utilities that arent blink and decoy. We are trying. This is get boring: shatter shatter shatter. How can you go against someone that is hidden line of sight everytime? you can’t melee any other class. Make Phantasms scale up better with stats. Give mesmers more love
Geikamir really screwed me up because Chaos Skin prices took a nose dive after the patch went live because they were still 1 ticket. Made 50g less than I would have if I sold the night before.
I was going off of history and also this:
“New Chaos weapon skins are available for the next four weeks from Black Lion Weapons Specialists for the introductory price of one Black Lion Weapon Ticket. Black Lion Weapon Tickets can be found in Black Lion Chests.”
1) We could have more ways to punish enemies for killing our illusions. Offensively and defensively. Access by traits.
Examples:
Offensively: Distribution of damage for each illusion killed by opponent. For WvW, this will help to distribute damage in a zerg x zerg situation, where the illusions die fast.
Defensively: Clear a condition for each phantasm killed by opponent.
2) Weapons skills could give a little movement capability, like other classes have, for gap closer, or run away. If it is too laborious to create new skills, how about removing target restriction for illusionary leap? That way we could use this to run a little faster.
As a more PvP oriented player, I REALLY like to play:
1) Free for all arena: A big arena where you can just go in and attack any player.
2) Fast Deathmatch: 5×5. First team to stomp other team wins. Team with more stomps wins. Stomped = out. 5 min duration. A simpler map, not many places to hide/line of sight.
I think thats simply an issue with the LOD they have for it. Many things look alot worse if you manage to catch it before it can switch to the higher end models. It’s to help save on performance but overall sometimes like instances there it can be pretty noticeable.
I think whatever the reason, it should be repaired. At least we know the Arenanet team is competent. Let’s hope for the best!
A simple question to other player who also purchased the Mini Avian 3 Pack:
Does the wings of your Miniature Raven seems to have missing pieces when it flies and the camera zoom is maxed out?
I don’t have this problem with the miniature owl and hawk, only with the raven.
I have interest in it since I bought the set just because the Miniature Raven.
We could get a hot fix, because the iten is at gemstore at moment
The Miniature Raven has a graphical bug in the wings when it flies (you can see big holes in the wings that shows the background). It’s a bit annoying because it is visually ugly and weird. Thanks!
Bought one just to discover that it can’t be used from heart of the mists. More oriented to PvP players suffer sometimes. Please ANET make it useable at the heart of Mists!
The Frying Pan (Cook’s outfit) skills are bugged. Number 1 skills doesn’t add daze properly (it’s not 3 seconds for sure), number 2 doesn’t cripple, number 4 doesn’t apply protection. Please, please, please, fix it ANET! I will be happy, Thanks!
Better PvP rewards is a must have for this game. I played PvP for like 5~6 months before go play some PvE and i felt really dumb for spent my time with PvP. Now I have an appearance i like in PvE but i want to play the same chracter on PvP. I feel like im a different person while playing PvP, It’s like i have a double life. I want a way to have the SAME appearance at PvP and PvE.
In my opinion a good start is to make all skins acessible in PvP, and ways to earn em (PvP reward towards glory, not rank). Not this ridiculous rank grind that takes forever to earn a skin that you can get in less than a week of PvE play.
I do not see any problem in adding a mechanism to convert PvE skins into PvP. Since it is only for the appearance and not give any competitive advantage. It’s like you said a player can’t get a gemstore skin because you don’t buy gems. And I think it will attract more players to pvp, especially those that farmed hard for their appearance in pve.
So Bonetti’s Rapier, Genesis, etc. A lot of cool weapons added to PvE. Dear ANET, please put these skins in pvp too, not abandon us. Or at least a way to convert PvE skins to PvP. Thanks!
My suggestion:
More weapons skins entirely black with black flame effect like the Ghastly Grinning Shield Skin, with more realistic appearance possible (not like destroyer ones).
