You need to post your ticket number because your account id cannot be related to your ticket(s).

Zirken i have been receiving the same issue as you from the response of a CS, a reply that doesn’t seem to care. I have no idea as to where we can discuss our response from a CS, no matter how “great” they may be.
The reply you’ll most probably get here is wait till 3 days post it in tickets and review thread 3 days and older. and that CS is trying their best.

was simply just closed and i was unable to reply and my issue wasn’t entirely read out.
Gaile i need strong suggestions as to how am i suppose to discuss this matter with the support team as quoting you from my thread
A) "You have submitted a ticket and have been told that your request will be reviewed, as it will. " i have to “request” them to review it again approximate 3 times or more and the replies were fast and automated.
“Please note that discussions of this nature are best contained in the ticket, since that is where policy and options can best be reviewed” I wish to highlight the word option since i didnt get any all i got was an automated reply.
C) " and the forums are not intended as a place to issue complaints about a support decision." Would kindly suggest where can i voice out my opinion on this matter? As i am highly dissatisfied at the moment.
D) “Team members go out of their way to try to fulfill requests, and they will surely make that level of effort with yours.” If they did i would not have any of the issues stated above.

First of all no warning was given and as a player who decided to take a break from the game i should not need to constantly check as to whether there will be a change or not. So am i to assume that a player cant take a break from the game without worrying? Thats an issue there.

No i am fairly confident with a transmutation Splitter i would be able to get back my eternity. Its just that i took a really long break and when i got back to the game the transmutation splitters effect has been changed to give transmutation charges.

Lilith Ajit roughly got my situation here.

@Astral Projections.7320 i hope they still do. I dont deny “most” of the player would do what you have suggested. However i am just hoping i get the stats or legend back account bounded ( i wont mind even if they got into my account just to purposely account bound it ) . I got them close to 1.5 years ago so the amount of effort i have put in was just way too much to let this slide. I do hope Gaile fully understands my situation and plight.

I see thanks i was unaware of that, its been only 2 days since the opening and all ive gotten and received were the standard replies of “unable to fulfill request” i do wonder if CS support team did read my messages. I am here in hope that gaile gray does and get the point across to them. The only way of transmuting item way before the wardrobe function was to actually have the item to transmute them, however with the implementation of the wardrobe function and the change of Transmutation Splitter to give charges i am unable to get my Eternity back. I was not warned or whatsoever and because of update i am unable to get my item back? Arenanet do definitely have the log or any database to prove it. However the response i have been getting so far is the inability to fulfill my request. I have been polite but i am starting to get really frustrated with a what seems to be like a auto generated response and the <strong>assumption</strong> from me that they do not wish to reinstate my legendary because that would “cost” them

I just created this post hoping that this issue would be escalated and also to show others that if i am still denied of this, it only goes to show that those who were inactive and were not informed of changes would have to suffer from set backs and that we cant enjoy the game fully without worrying about changes in the future which in this case was the transmutation splitter. I thank you Inculpatus cedo for your awareness of my issue and even providing me with a solution however it just isnt the same. I am in hope that gaile gray would be able to further assist me with such an issue.

I have left the game for quite awhile now and plan on returning to the game and intend on bringing with me a few other friends. Back when this incident happened there was an item called the transmutation splitter. Feeling confident that nothing would change with that item i transmuted the skin of my Eternity with a Mighty Greatsword so that i could play around with the skin of the legendary weapon with a low leveled mesmer. However to my dismay returning back just a few days ago with the introduction of the wardrobe function, and with the change of the transmutation splitter i am no longer able to get my original Eternity back. I am now stuck with a Mighty Greatsword with the skin of eternity. To avoid further confusion this transmutation was done 10 months ago way before the wardrobe function ever existed. I basically got screwed over with this change. I have submitted a ticket Reference no. 836620 however the response i got back from the customer support GM were unsatisfactory, my request was simply brushed off with a somewhat auto generated reply of " Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars 2 Support Team.
At this time, we are unable to fulfill your request. However, please feel free to contact us in the future if we can help you with other issues or concerns. " The reply was slow and it seems like customer service didnt even bother to put in effort to help me with this issue. Because of the changes of the transmutation splitter my legendary stat item is lost forever and i have no intention of crafting another. Please do something about this. As this is a huge turn off for me and my intentions of bringing a few friends in. Thanks for reading this long post
