1.5 hour queue to get in tonight. Woot! Way to go ArenaNet. Keep it up we’ll have it under an hour in about say 3 months after all the WvW guilds quit.
Does this mean SoS will finally give us a fight if so then even more reason to keep doing this. In all seriousness stop being so buthurt and look at it logically
Must be nice being in a T1 server… you can talk down on other servers because you’re sooo much better than them.
You people transferring are spending gold to do the same exact thing on the same exact maps hoping that a new server every couple of months or so will somehow keep WvW interesting. Apart from the culling change, WvW has pretty much remained the same since launch. Then as soon as things settle down, we get gimmicky changes with matchmaking and the kittenstorm starts over and servers implode as the lowest common denominator hop on the bandwagon and move to T1 servers.
Tell me when we finally have 3 different borderland maps.
This happens every time theres a big change in WvW. Bandwagoners always run to the easymode servers. The transfer fee should be real money and not gems/gold.
It’d be funny if they froze rewards to what server you were in when they made the announcement instead.
No league that includes T1 can be even. Here is an idea. Remove T1 from the league, and let them fight themselves for the seven weeks.
4-6 isn’t that strong anymore since a lot of guilds from those servers recently moved to T1.
Being on the receiving end of the kitten kicking, chest thumping and disrespect for many weeks but disappearing when they face T1 servers… can’t say I feel sorry for them.
Queen’s Gauntlet will return, possibly as part of the activity rotation or even other events. In any case, you’ll be able to complete those achievements at a later date.
Will Sky Pirates return as well? I find it disconcerting that we are killing Aetherblades now and the Aetherblade Assassin achievement doesn’t progress….
Hate to be the one to have to say it SBI, but numbers have never been your main problem. You guys just… aren’t that good. As others pointed out, maybe you should take this as an opportunity to learn from some better servers. I wish you the best of luck, may we one day meet again on the fields of battle.
Farmed around 40-45, got burned out. Took three precursors that I’ve been saving since the last Karka event (back when Spark/Zap/Dawn/Dusk were around 150-300g to save, cashed them out to gems.
I like them too but compared to the fused skins, they need to be more vibrant. There really is nothing that distinguishes them from the other skins besides the eye. The drips need to be “louder”.
I was excited to finally get the Sclerite Scepter Skin to match my Arah set (after an exorbitant amount of Southsun Supply Crates by the way) only to find out how faint and dim it looks. It’s definitely nothing compared to the Fused Weapon skins unsheathed (the fire trail glows and you can definitely see who has one).
Can we have the dripping shadow effects to look more pronounced please? You can barely see the “dark tears” that each of the Sclerite weapons drip unless you look really closely.
Aside from that, I wouldn’t advocate these skins if they will remain this way since it seems the Fused skins were a much better deal (90 Gems per Black Lion Key + 5 copper for one chest vs. 120 Gems per Supply Crate; buying 5 pack and 10 pack, respectively).
I’m sure there are others that share this sentiment.
Also, any one have any idea how long will it take for BG to make it back into T1 after all the guild transfers ?
1-2 weeks, 3 weeks max.
BG will probably move up as early as this Friday’s reset. It’s only Monday and the rating gap between SoS and BG yesterday was ~50k and is now down to 28k.
Now with SoR in T1, its gotten more even and I enjoy fighting them. SoS was always winning until recently. Now i see hate from SoS on forums and not always a good showing on the battlefield. I mainly play EB and I see SoS just not performing as well as SoR does when I play.
That’s expected considering they (and Blackgate?) got the least amount of transfers after the closing of free transfers was announced.
The T1 thread on guru is so full of vitriol it’s not even worth posting there. Moderation is almost non-existant so trolls are allowed to run rampant. I don’t know what it is with T1 but discussions between servers lack class and sportsmanship especially from whomever is the winning server at the time.
