why we need to used this two application?
is TechSupport Arenanet cant fix our problem,, this error 7: still

unplayable guildwars 2 but when we used this two application it works but using this
troubleshoot came from arena its none sense didn’t work
Navigate to your Guild Wars 2 folder.
Right-click on the file GW2.exe and select Create Shortcut.
Right-click the file Gw2.exe – Shortcut and select Rename.
Rename this file to Guild Wars 2 NewAuth.
Right-click on the file Guild Wars 2 NewAuth and select Properties
Locate the Target line and add the following:
For NA players, add: “-authsrv 64.25.38.54” (no quotes)
For EU players, add: “-authsrv 206.127.159.107” (no quotes)
Your target line will look something like this: C:\Games\GW2\Gw2.exe -authsrv xx.xx.xxx.xx
Click Ok to save your changes.

Use this subject line: Error 7 Problems: Responding to Forum Info Request
Please provide this information:
If you have a game account for the original Guild Wars, can you play it?
Where are you playing Guild Wars 2 from?
At what time and in which time zone do you play Guild Wars 2?

Long stickied thread on Error7 issues. Maybe read through those.
Instead of saying “I’ve tried everything” List what you have actually tried doing to troubleshoot.

kirito are you the tech support? if not just suggest any troubleshoot because your not helping look at this message from error7 link that you give

At what time and in which time zone do you play Guild Wars 2?
afganistan time a round 5am to 11pm
please help me with this issue most of the time i cant play it… in 100% only 40% time can play…. all diag i did it already from the reboot laptop, reboot router, winsock reset, flushdns, try other computer here, try other account, if one of us can play means every computer can play, but most of the time error is up…

i did already everything that can fix this error 7: the internet is good ISP why blame them, i can play other online games with no problem and it seem to be that this guildwars2 only have problem in connection… this game i take chances only when it log in but most of the time i got error… as you can see i can go to selection of character then after i click the play it will load and after a minute its stop and error came up tech support im really disappointed about connection…. if any suggested fix for error please message me who ever working staff there….. guildwars2 wakeup…

this problem never sold i did all the troubleshooting for this issue and still disconnected and cant play but i can log in, sometimes it works and sometimes not how come this problem still same but the other online games dont have problem… it waste my money… ashley pls msg me for anything that can do with this.. thank you!!

I got Same Problem i did all what error said please help us.. all test is good internet and im using VSAT internet 3 of us using this games in 1 network but if 1 cant connect everyone cant connect too is there any other way to help us except to complain in our internet provider this is military base and not just easy to complain problem in internet here….
