Oh, guess I might want to add the list of bugs huh?
1) Karka Queen on SoR server is broken, not spawning, flamethrowers doing 0 dmg.
2) The mines in Canach’s Lair are broken, some are exploding when already exploded as in invisible. Some deactivate or activate without any reason and so your left with nothing but an annoying time sink of guessing games.
Content isn’t a problem if you don’t attatch achievements to it. Once you attatch achievements, you should probably make sure they are actually achievable.
When it launched, probably about 7.5/10 and then after the first patch, about 7/10 and after the next patch about a 5/10 and as of right now, Southsun is beyond broken thus receiving about a 2/10.
Prioritizing, it works wonders…
1) Shut down Living Story
2) Suspend the final date until the zone is actually functional
3) Stop adding content until you fix this
4) Keep your customers informed
The fact this zone has gone from bad to worse since it launched is not good. Take pride in your company, take pride in your work and you’ll keep customers around. I know people don’t take kindly to criticism but for some reason, it seems you have lost your way.
I did create a support ticket, but I like to cover all angles to get the quickest response. Basically, I’m in need of verifying my account in order to continue purchasing gems from the gem store.

I feel terrible about this now.
Ok, then thats what happened. Does it tell you that when you apply the runes? Like a warning? I know theres a warning if you really want to apply it, but don’t recall it saying this will bind it to your account.
Actually, I did place runes in the armor, so maybe that somehow bound them to my account, but the items do in fact still say, Soulbound on use and not Soulbound.
Nope, don’t even have one of those.
Before I get started, just want to inform everyone I already submitted a support ticket about 8 hours ago. So I just came here to see if anyone else has had a similar issue that found a fix or workaround.
Basically, I crafted some level 20 masterwork armor and a level 10 blue great sword. The armor was never used of course, so not soul bound. The great sword can’t be soul bound even if used. However, for some reason, I am unable to mail these items to a fellow guildmate or even place them in the guild bank.
When I try to place them in an in-game mail, the slot turns red and won’t allow it. Same when trying to place the item in guild bank, it turns the empty grey slot red and won’t allow it.
I’ve tried relogging, using different toons to send with and so far nothing has fixed it. I’m beginning to wonder if my account has been temporarily placed under watch due to recent purchases of gems. Which makes me think ArenaNet thinks this account is hacked or something and disabled my ability to transfer items.
Anyhow, if anyone else encountered this issue and found a way to fix it, let me know.
