During one moment i was dreaming about the rebirth of the beastmaster build, but nah it will be good only if it was every 10sec not 32 with reduced CD… (lighting reflexes)

Don’t forget ANET => Empathic bond ( 3 remove condit every 10sec) is the main thing who block all the builds…

So need more remove condition : on renewal signet or other skill / mastery or just drop empathic bond to Master, or remove 2 condition on every cry in beastmastery.
At least it will give fresh air in all competitive pvp build…

So another live story without help for pvp… ha yes bug correction with 2 map (it take how many time to change it 2- 3 month ? ) when the ranger longbow got 5days.
Yep pvp is on the cliff, jump out !

You can hardly call Spirit of Nature “Changes” a nerf, it now does what the tool tip said it does and 320 HPS is still quite strong.

I don’t think they nerfed rangers at all, more like fixed some unintended bugs, one of them was beneficial. Spirit builds will literally not even see a difference.

Yep, so if tooltip say it… in that case pet dmg need to scale with ranger stat like it’s said in tooltip.
Furious grip need a fix because tooltip say 11sec for me and it’s 6 in reality.
Sorry, I pass on what tooltip say….

No, the reason is because people dont like it.
You know what saved pvp this las time, it wasn’t class balance or new modes, it was rewards. Meaning, dudes like you and me that care about spvp as a competition game are a very very small part of the playerbase and arena.net shouldn’t listen to us.

The real reason is : 95% of the arena.net work are for pve (i don’t count balance because it touch both pvp and pve), a question : if the same amount of ressources will be spend in Pvp do you think people still play a lot to pve ? i don’t think so. What “save” pve is the living story, wich become boring as hell.

New SPvP Daily Achivements

Glad there is already a thread about this. I’m an avid achievement hunter and these new dailies are frustrating me to no end.

Solo Queue is 99% RNG, and you have to win 5 times. If you have unlucky streaks, that might take 20 matches. That’s up to 5 hours for 2 achievement points.

How about changing these achievements to:
Tier 1 – play 1 solo/team queue
Tier 2 – play 2 solo/team queue

That would make it a little more on par with all other dailies and would actually bring more people into pvp. Right now forcing people to play hours on end is alienating a lot of players from pvp and from the game as a whole.

Not a good idea because a lot of player will just afk during the game ; the goal in tournament pvp is to win, so daily achivement need to go the same way.

the most useless heal skill of the game, are you playing a ranger ? seriously ? did he dispell ? is it fast to use ? can you use when you want ?

and one of the first big bug with F2 of the pet is to push him 3 times in combat to be “understand” by the pet. Seriously, i hit a button and it doesn’t even understand it, oki so why give a F2 skill ?
And maybe one day Anet will correct the bug on ranger pet attack tooltip (dmg, condition duration, buff duration) => 6 X 40 pet => 240 bug in description, after more than1 year, it’s not a good work from developper (and i’m one so…).

Thief heal might have nice synergy with Improvisation (recharge heal/basi venom + others on every steal – pretty good with lyssa runes)

You can’t recharge on every steal : it’s venom or trap or… or … or…
You have 20% chance on every steal in reality so it’s better to reduce cooldown on venom if you are not a lucky guy.

And if you take not the heal who give you evade or stealth so you stay in the melee and can take all the burst, for me the best poison are immobilize and torment (you can burst with your team on a target twice), and i prefer thieves guild in 1v1 cause you share with them the venom. Hide in shadows and blinding power are good to save your kitten .
I don’t say the new heal is bad but you need to survive too and can’t handle a burst without way to evade.

Ranger is useless in pve : yes ; WvW : yes ; in PVP : most of the build but for now ranger spirit is used in every top team of this game so…. in pvp the spirit build is usefull (and will be nerfed the 10th december)
