Really? Well, I, on the other hand, always try to kill them first. Especially the females, because the battle screams they make are the most annoying sounds in the whole game. I’m always looking forward to make them shut up forever!

After talking to so many people in the Nightmare Tower about Sylvaris, I compiled a list of slang terms for the different classes as well as some of the NPCs and other stuff.

This list is meant to be a joke. It’s not complete either. If you don’t like Sylvari jokes, please don’t read any further. Feel free to add your own terms to this list.

Sylvari Classes

Sylvari Warrior — Violets

Sylvari Guardian — Bacon Salad (FYI: Bacon is a slang term for a cop)

Sylvari Ranger — Zucchini (because they keep pets)

Sylvari Necro — Stinkweed; Creeper; Sap sucker

Sylvari Elementalist — Kindling (fire ele)
Leaf Blower (wind ele)
Stoners (earth ele)

Sylvari Mesmer — Daydreamer

Sylvari Engineer — Salad Shooter; Pea Shooter

NPCs

Nightmare Court — Caesar Salad; Bad Apple

Scarlet Briar — Spinach (or a Spin-ATCH)

Frightened nightmare court member — Chicken Caesar Salad

Trahearne’s Sylvari right hand person — a Side Salad

Other Terms

Salad Spinner — Another name for the pods that the Nightmare Court uses to brainwash good Sylvari

a fashionable Sylvari — a Dandelion

a Sylvari adventure — a Veggie Tale

Anti-Sylvari Asuras — Bugs

The Third Edition of the Asura Lore Guide is live and now properly hosted on the GW2RP Wiki.

Yes, there was a second edition, but I sort of… informed Tumblr and GW2RP and forgot that these official forums existed.

Anyway. If there’s anything you ever wanted to know about asura, it’s probably in here. It’s a fully canonical, fully referenced guide, and all of the information contained within comes from either canon sources (novels, short stories), interviews with developers or the game itself (if so, I’ve provided screenshots).
