I agree 100% with the OP. Guild Wars 2 is a massive disappointment. I lasted not even 6 weeks… 6 weeks in MMO time is pathetic. Even a kitten MMO should give you 2-3 months of play time. The only MMO i have ever played that i got less than 6 weeks playtime out of was Vanguard.

I have gone back to Lotro and am having a blast.

Bring on EQ3.

Commanders are transferring from their home servers and leading the other server to a loss. Eradon Terrace have been doing this. As well as scrubs from that guild RUIN.

I dont care how successful Guild Wars 2 is. If they have 100 servers or 1 server it does not affect me. As long as my server has people on it the game is thriving.

But

Guild Wars 2 is not the game promised. And initial sales mean nothing. Lots of people have been leaving GW2 due to bugs, DR, grinding and many other factors.

So no the question should be. Is Guild wars 2 everything you hoped it would be? The answer.. NO, far from it.

What do you kill 1 mob and go afk for an hour then rinse and repeat.

I am all for exploring, taking your time and enjoying the game. But that is ridiculous.

This is STILL broken since the patch. Seriously wtf.

For a game called GUILD WARS the guild aspect is seriously broken.

Representing multiple guilds is a stupid idea. Whoever thought of that needs to be fired.

1: Everytime a player makes a new character they start out NOT representing, even when only a member of 1 guild. Most players do not know this.

2: Guild rrepresenting is crippling smaller guilds. The same way the guild system in WoW did.

3: Guild message of the day is not a decent source of communication. It does not automatically show when a user logs on. They actually have to check the guild tab to see it.

There is more but it is 4am and i am tired. Overall the guild system is very poorly designed.

@ Flumburken. Dont listen to the trolls. The guild system is broken and very poorly designed. Unfortunately for you and countless others GW2 is a terrible game to start a new guild in. The guild system is bad enough but once you throw in all the bugs, lack of communication from Anet and all the people leaving already due to this horribly broken game, you are fighting a losing battle.

@ Jiverooster. If you are going to insult the OP at least spell properly. MoP is released, now run along child.

Hello, my main story quest is bugged at ‘’The Battle of Fort Trinity 70’’

I load into the instance, listen to Trahearne and the objective gets completed then nothing else happens. I have been trying this for weeks daily and it never changes.

Can i please get some support on this? I have submitted tickets only to get a generic copy and paste response every time.

I love the game but i have been lvl 80 for about 3 weeks and i still cannot finish my storyline, it is starting to get ridiculous.

Seriously, people like the OP are the reason MMO’s are dumbed down kiddy games compared to what they used to be.

Don’t worry. Mop is around the corner and all the WoW kids will be gone (i hope)

During the betas, stress tests and even the 3 day head start map chat was a pleasure to read. Since official launch it has been on a downhill slope, the community turned to (insert fitting word here) I have had map chat off since 2 days after official launch. Every time i do turn it on for whatever reason i read 3 lines and it is back off again.

I cannot wait for Mop, i really cant. Hopefully it rips through GW2 like a tornado taking all the wastes of space with it and throws them back into Azeroth.

People will cry about anything and everything.
