What ever you decide, you have till the 20th to get the LS3 ep 1 for free. I do believe that HoT is worth it since LS3 got here.

If you bought the vanilla you can still log in to unlock the LS3 episodes, so if you don’t want to buy now, at least log in to unlock it and when you want to play it, buy it.

Stupid question, but I just have to log in and that “unlocks” LS3?

I have yet to kill Teq, and therefore….will DEFINITELY be asking for an invite to TTS tonight!

I also did not get this achievement. This is the last achievement I need for the first “Super Adventure Box” set of achieves.

Also, my Scholar is stuck at 2/3, yet, I’ve done every other achieve in the set….hope this gets fixed asap.

Talk about hypocracy! It’s a day off for them as well, so why should they change their planning to release an update during their own day off. Activating a release isn’t done by a background job.

Just wanted to comment on this and share what happened for me with the Desert Rose Skin.

The very first time I loaded into the Southsun Survival to see how it played, the gist of it etc., my character loaded, but I was immobilized the entire 30 seconds I was alive, then someone came up and shot and killed me. This game was probably 3/4 of the way through, so I had just happened to log into the tail end of it, was alive for 30 seconds and was a wandering ghost the other 2-3 minutes.

I opened my reward chest thinking “meh” and I got the Desert Rose Skin. First try, first chest, 0 “work” put into the game.

If that doesn’t tell you that RNG is RNG, then I don’t know what does….

Are people still making useless posts on the forums telling everyone how they are done buying BL chests?

I put EVERYTHING that isn’t account bound in my (read: my 1 man guild) to try and save space in normal bank.

I sometimes wish there wasn’t QUITE as much account-bound items, but it’s not that bad…..yet

1. MF is gonna be removed: I just got a armor with MF and spent 50 laurels on a ascended lotus for farming. This to the ends of getting a legendary.
What will happen to these items? will they be refunded or compensated in a way? or are the just rendered completely useless?

Our goal will be to have as little disruption as possible to those who currently own items with a magic find stat on them.

Not sure how they will implement this, but I’m ok with any solution not to have to lug around a second set of MF gear.

I just asked a friend in-game, and he currently has 42 slots, and has the option to buy more. I’m going to guess the max is somewhere around 50+.

Gaming is the only thing, which keeps me using Windows.

This is exactly the reason I have 1 Windows machine and 1 Gentoo machine, instead of 2 Gentoo machines.

That is the EXACT same thing I did. Saw the picture, drooled for a minute, wen and downloaded Rainmeter. Won’t be able to test/play with it until tonight, but if I can get something anywhere close to how epic this one is, I’ll be happy.

LOVING the event, so glad that there’s a positive thread about it, especially amongst all the whining from everyone.

I had ~600 Candy Corn, and got hooked giving them all to the kitten cute little Quaggan piwate!!! Sneaky guy jacked all my candy!!!

Thanks ANet for the event, there are a LOT of people out there who love it, and all the little decorative nuances etc.
