Outnumbered in all but 1 wvw map all week, still holding our own. IoJ has always excelled at weathering the storm. Silborn from [Hero] here, pledging our forces to Vision Alliance. NA primetime 8pm-2am EST, 30 strong. We’re growing fast, and we’re pretty hardcore.

I use http://www.gw2build.com/builds/the-soldier-wvw-wvw-soldier-guardian-tanky-teamfight-7556.html for everything, hammer 1 combo + 2 = area retaliation, with a nice self heal if people are in melee range, which makes it super tanky for pve.

IoJ always had a strong oceanic presence. Now with Totn, Hero, and the new TL transfers, our NA presence is just brutal. I hope we go to tier 1, cause our coverage is there. As far as tactics are concerned. Check the scoreshots to see how much we bleed your supply down. it took us a day to take SMC cause we truly wanted to bleed it dry and use it as bait while we took ET/CD towers and kept them low on upgrades.

Hopefully with our mass exodus this week, Anvil rock will be a fairer fight for you guys next week. We’re currently sitting in our only keep, right next to our only tower (both held by [ANV])

TFO was a large force on Anvil Rock, and it was fun playing with you Pimp. I now look out to the rest of the world for other guilds that wish to find a home that has no queue times, and great teamplay. [ANV] and the Anvil Rock Coalition would love some company.

I was just mentioning that because I see Angry Army and Angry Army Militia. The Angry Army guys seem to have far more fight in them.

Don’t give up now, NSP. We all know you gave up last week on weds/thurs, and that’s why you didn’t jump a tier. I hope that isn’t your plan…to dominate lower tiers and give up once your win is secured. That would just be plain dastardly.

I was wondering earlier….is the Angry Army Militia the overflow guild for the not so good players? I spank them 2v1 regularly with a 3 orb deficit.

I kill them whenever I pass by. They’re pretty good at killing more krait to rally, but I clean them up.

Losing is fun. We currently have so much siege in the NSP jump puzzle, it’s hilarious.

I’ve seen a couple of small guilds transfer in, because primarily, we lack drama. We have fun and our teamplay is great. We have good guilds with great dynamics and teamwork, but lack numbers. I’ve held supply camps with 10 people vs 20+ NSP trying to zerg us, just with basic building dances and flanking, and being 3 orbs down.

Hopefully more guilds from higher end servers with queues see that we have a great thing going on here and need numbers, and come join in on the fun.

I have toughness on everything I wear (Full exotics) and only at 2.4k…how do you have 3k toughness AND 20k hp? screenshots or it didn’t happen.

Let’s not start the slandering matches. I’m a leader in [ANV] and I’ve had great fights with you guys in NSP all week, regardless of orb ownership. Hope they continue and you guys move on up a tier. The 3-4 hour spiritholme battles the other night were great fun! Much love and cold steel from [ANV]! Kudos!

Our ARC alliance is not responsible for a few vigilante guilds attacking you. Perhaps if you called out some specific guild names that ruined your master plan, they would have a good laugh reminiscing about it. We’ve held onto this (albeit low) bracket for a couple weeks now. Hopefully you get some more guilds, cause we’re tired of playing hard while the server below us gives up. If you want to push NSP out of your borderlands, get your alliance and come to NSP borderlands and field an eastern offensive. We’ll do the same on the west and that will split their offense teams into a split defense…it’s quite obvious really.

We have a good 20 men well into the US late night, I personally play from approx 5pm GMT——>9-11am GMT. Oceanic guilds are very welcome to transfer to anvil rock. We are known for having great teamplay but lack the numbers. Very positive server dynamic without a bunch of panickers and crying in team chat if you know what I mean.

ANV has decided to play EB this week, since working for 6+ hours for a perfectly timed orb steal only to have it hacked away after 10 minutes when the enemy interception failed in the borderlands makes those zones seemingly pointless in this matchup vs a few unscrupulous players. I hope to see FINE and TBH out there fighting the good fight, and any others who wish to join.

we got it to EH, then within 10 minutes it had been fly hacked off the altar and placed in the air…check the other thread for screenshots.

Yeah I like FINE and TBH, there’s some mercenary lodge guild that noclipped through the garrison wall this morning – big frown @ them. I think we’re going to pull ANV out of WvW in force this week. Hacks and Exploits are just really killing server morale.

it’s funny that the altar won’t regen now, so when we rolled back north to take the orb again we couldn’t place it…oh and NSP owns the only altars on the map.

We have a 200 slot TS3, for the ARC alliance. 10 guilds and growing. Contact any of the ANV officers, and we’ll fill you in. TFO I love you guys, but your powerleveling trains aren’t winning us matches, perhaps we can change that this week by leaving level 80’s behind at towers.

Sam, You put into words exactly how I feel about NSP. You went from being a top tier server to his cause your top alliance left. You’re all great players, and I have seen a decline in your numbers during the past few days. That being said, I have also had some hugefights with TBH and FINE over the past 2 days, so I know you’re not all taking a break Actually, as I post this, I think you’re attempting to take your orb back.

Have fun riding coat-tails Serashen.
MVP taught us two things.
1. Commander book does NOT make a leader.
2. If you can’t do things alone, ally with other guilds, or just pull an MVP and go ride coattails on another server.

ANV always has groups going. Ask in map chat for an ANV group if you’re new.

Thank you Samueson, [TBH] and [FINE] have been giving us great fights every night this week. The tall norn guardian with the ponytail and greatsword who never dies, from FINE — He’s my target!

MofK, [ANV] will never give you quarter, in the friendliest way of course As far as how the other guilds run, [TFO] mostly run their low levels around capping for XP to level their players. We often have their leader in our Teamspeak, and they bring us siege quite often. [MVP] seems to have left the server in the past few days. [PWN] showed up today, and were assisting us until the orb disappeared. I’m glad we fight you [TBH] players, probably one of the more fun guilds I’ve battled against. We had full fortification buffs running on the keep, and in combination with the single orb buff I think it was an even playing field with your 2 orb buff. That piece of wall you took down on the outer hills, we’ve coined “The ugly duckling” so we can quickly respond to it. We never saw it coming, though! Great fight on the second gate, I swear I’ve destroyed 10+ golems tonight and 30+ trebs. One of the better Wuvwuv campaigns we’ve played! Kudos!

there ARE more threads about it. We asked most of the server in map chat to keep posts to this thread. We never asked for compensation, but if you weren’t at fault why are you here posting? Not your fight, buddy.

I never said that the hacker was from a big guild, again I THANKED them for great fights. The point being, they were the largest groups in the zone, and must have seen something. I’d say your server’s reputation is at stake, but then I took a look at previous posts. Seems this is a popular thing for NSP to do in the past few weeks.

No, and you’re avoiding the point here. I thanked the aforementioned guilds for great fights, but your server’s reputation is tarnished because of a single hacker. Perhaps some members of the guilds VK, FINE, or TBH could post and let us know who it was to save face?

12:04am… ANV protected Orb hops up and miraculously teleports itself 500 feet at a time from hills to garrison. No breach of walls or gates, no mesmers inside (we’d swept every 5 minutes for the past hour.) I’ve had great fights with you tonight FINE and TBH guilds, but that was really quite disrespectful and sad to see. I hope you can both call out the person who stole the orb using hacks, and stop that from happening again.
