Why should those who have the full version of the core game have to pay ANOTHER $50 for the expansion that includes another “Core game”? It makes no sense.
i don’t think you truly know what you are getting to be complaining. look at how much you get. 9-12 hours of pve content. wasn’t this free in living story? oh no, wait, you also get a new class – aka revenant! now it’s worth that price. go and buy it and join us in this new adventure. you might enjoy the guild hall. wait, is that new? i thought it existed in guild wars 1. shouldn’t veterans of guild wars 1 get more entitlement?
i agree with you comment above but the for 9 hours of content (which is how long it took me on my thief and could have prolly done it faster with another class) and a new class i dont feel that this expack was worth the 60 bucks i spent on it. im already burnt out. The pvp is lacking atm and i know it will get better in time. but 60 bucks really? i would feel better if the xpack was 20 bucks or even 30. I mean hell we got more content with free world event patches.
oh and you could burn throught the whole thing in 4 hours

No they aren’t.
Most MMORPGs, the grand majority do expansions as automatic. You don’t have to pay for them.
GW2, WoW, and SWTOR are the few that are charging for expansion content, most other MMORPGs DO NOT.
If you count adding anything as “expansion” then yeah.
If not, please name one AAA MMORPG that released a free expansion this year.
lol if you want to get down to technical math SWTOR charged almost 80 bucks for there new expack if you wanted to sub and get all there useless reskinned fluff I feel sorry for those sheep.
again my advice wait for the price drop I feel the 60 wasn’t worth it. but thats just me i feel cheated yet again with lack of content for a 60 dollar game. the trend continues
i spent 60 bucks on the game and i got burnt through the story in 9 hours now i gotta deal with bugs (which ok it just launched) working on mastery trait line (already bored with it) and broken PVP also main a thief.
Im not impressed so for and with the fact that raids and guild halls were pushed back i dont know what else to do. just my opinion. wont lie the ending was pretty epic but that was about it for me.
Gliding just feels gimicy and already done.

PVP has become an absolute joke in GW2 with lackluster PVE i dont understand what Anet is doing! i want to buy the Expack but BTW i feel like im playing a blizzard game again.. just cycling 1 class as op and everyone else can just suffer. I just dont get it.

fresh first 80 here. I was in the guild for 3 days. was asked if i was interested in Fractals and other stuff. was told there was a need for gear. I have all crafting maxed out. i made about 150g in gear plus other mats i put in there guild bank about 30-45 minutes after this i was kicked out of the guild banned off there TS server and Banned on there website.
