Guild Wars 2

So, I haven’t played in like 2 months, just started getting back again, and all my hero points are on Water, can I like retrain them (like the traits before the update) to put in another Specialization?

Oh, I forgot to mention, I already posted a couple of tickets (A COUPLE), from about 2 months ago until now.

So… I have a First Birthday Gift lying around in my bank, I forgot who it was from, tried all my characters and none of them can open it. I remember a couple months back I deleted characters to make room for more, but totally forgot about from who it was. I’m pretty sure I open every gift I obtain.

I’ve been playing the game since it’s release, had no problem until now, I downloaded the setup installer on my new laptop, after turning it on, it asked for my Email and Password, then after clicking the log in button, the grey circle keeps going in circles, doesn’t do anything, waited for at least an hour now, nothing. Please help.

Same here, if you look at the screenshot you can see everything is finished even the party but it only says 4 achievements finished so i cannot get the Emissary of the Mad King title.
