Does Winter’s Presence snowing effect work in HotM, like Nightfury’s effect?

I’m going for Winter’s Presence shoulder skin, but before i make it, i want to know does the snowing effect work in Heart of the Mists because i am mainly a PvP player. Could someone be so kind to confirm this? Thanks in advance!

The one word answer to DH is Rabid.
There are very few specs around that use this amulet but if you manage to create one that has high toughness and deals condition damage, especially from range you should be able to tear apart a DH with his zero condi removal.
Hope we will get some of those invading the meta soon, been messing with my engi and Ele recently trying to make Rabid gear work well but seem just a little too susceptible to counter condi pressure.

Umm Medi DH has quite many condition removals. Smite Condition, traited Smite Condition, Contemplation of Purity and traited Wings of Resolve. GL on beating a Medi DH with condi build

The thing is… You Don’t fight against a DH with a thief. Just like before HoT release, you didn’t fight mediguards with thieves because they would destroy you

The main thing that needs to be fixed is that the virtues should NOT go on full recharge if interrupted.

I would also trade some of the base healing of wings of virtue for better healing power scaling and evade frames during the leap animation.

All virtue triggered traits should work instantly upon activation not completion. You are spending a trait slot ob improving these skills and it makes zero sense that they should become functionaly weaker by using them with dragonhunter

If they gave us evade frames during Wings of Resolve, that would make Dragonhunter even more powerful, and we’re talking about a spec here that seriously needs a nerf

Many people in forums are saying Shield of Courage is clunky and should be instant cast. My opinion about this is, do not change anything considering this skill. Cast time is there for a reason, if that skill would be instant cast, you could not counter it. For example if you get dazed or knockdowned during cast, the skill goes to full cooldown, which is completely fine, because that makes additional skill factor considering the skill. You have to be careful when casting it, take your time, the skill should not be a panic button but rather a defensive ability, which it is right now.
