Ain’t a starry-eyed fanboy who glosses over mistakes and serious flaws. There just really aren’t any of those with this update so far. Keep it up.
P.S. – the Voice actress/writing for Toxx is gold.
Worked perfectly fine for everyone in guild. You missed something.
Edited original post to facilitate discussion of distinctions between different implementations.

I’d add Smoke Screen!
The Idea is to add a 4th utility slot [4US] on top of the three that currently exist.
Those interested in a hybrid elite slot [HES] that can slot a utility in place of your elite need not go to a different thread, as it’s merely a different way of addressing a popular player desire for access to a 4th utility and the positive experience that would result.
This slot would be unlocked at level 80 in case of 4US or upon unlock of elite slot in case of HES.
Justification: Utilities are really fun and it would make the game more interesting if every class had an extra trick up their sleeve. Also it would assist with build diversity.
To lighten discussion, please focus on positive ramifications and do include name of the extra utility skill you’d add in your reply!

I wanted defeating the Ancient Karka to be part of each of my character’s stories so I tried to do it on all five because they are a team.
Attended x 5
Looted x 3
Mailed x 1
Poor engineer got left out but that is okay because it seems like more trouble than it’s worth and I know in my heart she was there anyway.
hope this helps!
Can we change the initiative system to a system that runs on nub’s tears?
This would be a buff, because those will be unlimited even if we’re reduced to zero weapon options.
Supply = Low
Demand = High
Price = High
Deal with it, kids.
Alive, but a bit worse for wear after braving the Straights of Devastation by tagging along with some sort of ‘Pact’ trying to fight some sort of ‘Temple of Bulbasaur.’ The high level folks seemed pretty worried about that battle, so I made a break for Malchor’s Leap after they reached the Pact Rally. Then I jumped into a ravine and swam around in the ocean until I could make the final run to Cursed Shore. I feel stronger than when I left Divinity’s Reach. I even got something called a ‘skill point’ and got this pretty sweet banner than helps me run past zombies more easily.
Upon arriving in Cursed Shore, I noticed some high-levels were looking for help with something called a ‘Plinx Chain’ which I assume is some sort of mystical artifact. Curious, I joined a party and managed to assist in the killing of a Champion Abomination. I learned I could charge the abomination with my new ‘Banner’ to cripple it and provide speed boosts to my newfound allies to escape its clutches. I even dealt a couple damage to it with these unexploded bomb shells lying around everywhere. I got a couple of ‘Porous Bones’ from the body and promptly sold them to what I assume is a deformed child. What riches! I will be able to repair my armor with little economic difficulty this week.
It was then that my party realized I was level 6 and began to shout at me about why I was here. I tried to explain that I ran all the way to Cursed Shore to help the fight against Zhaitan but it was to no avail. They yelled and abandoned me, and I had to run all the way back to the safety of Caer Shadowfain by myself. No easy task to do alone, I assure you.
I remain resolute. The wargs and spiders could not stop me from doing what I can to help fight Zhaitan. I can outrun a centaur and I will not rest until my Dull Blade runs black in the blood of undead. No amount of angry allies will stop me from aggroing everything and triumphing in order to fulfill my duty as a warrior to protect Tyria.
You may run into me on the Maguuma Server hitting Zhaitan minons for that extra 1 damage on a crit. Every point of damage matters in this fight.

I’m fine discussing something with people who aren’t reactionaries typing dreck in vain hope that ANET gives them gems.
Add weapon sets. Buff other classes.
Then we’ll talk.
Seriously. It’s not fun when we constantly get nerfed because other classes don’t know how to play. You simply can’t stealth that long if the other player isn’t terrible and standing in your shadow refuge. It’s fine. Really.
Buff the damage of other classes to bring them in line. Give everyone another Slot skill slot. Done.
We have so few weapon options (6 possible combinations – the fewest in game) that these double digit percentage damage nerfs are very disruptive to the thief community. Please just make other classes better.
Puppy off, white knights. I won’t read your post.
Not practical.

ANET: Are passives of Signet of Shadows and Infiltrator's Signet accidentally reversed?
in Thief
Posted by: Salt.3608
Signet of Shadows: [Icon is eyes, active is a blind, passive is 25% run speed
Infiltrator’s Signet: [Icon is foot, active is shadowstep, passive is init regen
The passives seem like they were reversed after the flavor was added. Also the tradeoffs only make sense with the passives reversed, i.e. lose speed aura to gain a quick boost, lose some damage output to blind an enemy attack.
I have been curious ever since I got both signets at this perplexing arrangement.
Bad players are bad.

Which is why undercutting drives prices down.
All of these complaints are symptoms of the crappy kittenhole many endgame dungeons are in now.
Some of the not-fun is going to come from the inaccessibility of the content to casual gamers/pugs.
Some of the not-fun is that there’s not much payoff for doing the dungeon. 3 blues? Tonics? Getting reasonably useful things is fun.
Some of the not-fun is expressed in the desire to find and use exploits to skip unrewarding boring trash grinds/badly tuned events. (See Magg/Arah). That players are having so little fun that they openly conspire to avoid your content in /map chat should not be a sign of success but of dismal failure.
I appreciate that answer much more. Spending 1 hour to do the undercroft with pick up groups in CoF just pretty much made me hate this game.
Yeah, Arah and CoF are pretty not-fun.
But yeah I’m sure you’ll get a nice pat on the head for your white knight response.
Can’t PUG for tokens anymore.
And this isn’t all dungeons. Mostly just superweapon and rhiannon paths for COF. kitten’s designed to kill you for no reason.
Every time they die, their pay check is reduced accordingly.
Discuss.
Yeah. Would have been better if they didn’t harp on it for like 4 more dialogues. It just ended up going from decent to “By the way he died. You remember he died right? Well he did and that makes us good writers, right? We can kill off characters like Joss Whedon right? Oh by the way we did mention he died. Okay just gonna check several more times.”
Also I know Logan didn’t actually die. He couldn’t even do that.
A. Logan died.
B. Your turrets died.
Can we please get 5 new loot bags when this is fixed?
Can we also get a town clothes shirt that reads:
“I killed Zhaitan and all I got were these lvl 18 blues.”
