see i dont know how to do any of that. i THINK i submitted a ticket but its so confusing trying to do that so i dont know if i did the correct one. and i dont understand what you mean by having the number with the request for a refund. im patient and will wait on a reply from them but i just dont know if i contacted them correctly. was kinda hopin for a dev reply on this to illuminate me.

So i sent a letter to support as instructed when i learned the upcoming changes to the skin of flamekissed armor. I received no reply but didnt worry due to the fact the change wasnt made yet so i decided to be patient and wait.
About a two months later, the new skin was released. Much to my disappointment it wasnt a “new” skin like i was led to believe, but a recycled version of the “feathered” set. Again, i see no reason to be overly upset. But I WAS promised a refund if i chose not to settle on the “new” look. Seeing as how i made a report and it most likely was lost in the mass, i’ve decided to make a forum thread and hopefully get some kind of feedback to my predicament. Am i stuck with the 800gem skin that i DID like but now do not? Do i send another letter to support?

Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated. Im frustrated and disappointed but i hope i can at least get my 800 gems back so i can spend it on something i like that won’t be changed on me.

and dont try to give me responsibility for tfh, theyll ignore their whole bl in favor of holding single structures.

we dont ignore our bl and yes we DO spend alot of time in enemy lands. but i wouldnt expect you to know much about what TFH does seeing as how you’re in an opposing server and the purposes of our wvw actions are supposed to be misconstrued by the enemy. though i can imagine you’d reach such a conclusion after being denied such structures time and time again, the statement that we ignore our bl is ultimately false and everyone that matters(i.e. our servers pop.) knows this. making false snipes at a guild just because you couldnt get rid of them in your bl just makes you look petty.

lol other servers know our tag well by now. just like those legions of soldiers the Romans’ sent far and abroad to conquer and expand away from hearth and home, we invade the enemy bl and hold their own towers till they call back their army to force us out 10v50. glory to AR. respect to the small groups that vs us on even terms. *salute.

not to mention TFH has always had a soft spot for the killer view at redbriar tower XD

Umm… You are either confused or trolling or making some sort of really obscure joke, but I’m gonna assume confused.

GoM has a guild named Zombieland [WvW]. I’m pretty sure that all references to Zombieland in this thread are references to that guild.

so i’ve read this thread. cant say i dont feel proud to see the support from GOM and IOJ. we appreciate it and we’re workin on rebuilding with as many cooperative AR survivors left as we can. keep up the good fights, more guild fights less zerging. my guild had a nice lil tussle with RISE clan of gom last night, unfortunately we were missing 3/4 of our officers but nonetheless it was well fought on both sides.
To my fellow AR survivors. TFH guild will go down with the ship if needs be. i for one am proud there are many of you with the same mindset. -Salute-. and apparently we’ve made quite a name for ourselves. never corner a wounded animal. keep up the good fight, we’re gettin through this.
