Guild Wars 2

Most pistol/pistol builds lend to condition damage over power. I currently switch between a bomb build and pistol/pistol or pistol/shield wearing mainly rabid armor. I do not, however, use grenades. As much damage as grenades does after a few hours of use it gives me “chicken claw hand”.

For WvW do you follow the zerg more are do you skirmish in small groups? If you zerg it I suggest focusing more on toughness opposed to all the power on berserker items. The extra you are getting from the damage increase isn’t helping much when you experience mega skill lag
If you roam with smaller group or even solo you need a condition removal. Its kind of up to you how you want to get it, the easiest way is just to slot elixir gun or elixir C. I’m rather partial to the elixir gun so I have an extra water field to blast if needed. I’ve tried to use the rifle in WvW but have not had much luck.

Kit skin legendaries would be a great idea for the engineer opposed to just rifle/pistol/shields.

This is the most OUTSTANDING backpack in the game currently for a Charr. THANK YOU ARENANET! Great job! I only wish that it showed up ALL the time on my Charr Engineer. The only thing that would possibly make it more epic is if it was an Asuran locked up in the cage, and not the bird!

Welcome to the ranks of Engineer! I believe you’ll find that the engineer class is a blast to play! We have so many different viable builds there is something for everyone!

I am currently running a “heal bomb” build with all cleric gear as I mainly WvW…and I like the “tankiness” it offers. I’m going to be trying a FT/EG build ala https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/professions/engineer/Flamethrower-Elixir-Gun-Rifle-WVW-PVE-build for a different style for a bit.

Well, the end game zones are absolutely terrible. I find them to be zero fun. I hate even logging in to do ANY events in them. While I don’t want the game to be a cake-walk, the 3 end zones are way over tuned.

So, I have decided to reroll as a Sylvari Mesmer. Too bad I was already 80 on my Asura Mesmer….but if the end game is mainly about getting better weapons/armor skin, the Asura just do not have it.

Well, Anet is pretty good at listening and fixing little things like this. Lets hope they listen and do a few changes!

So the weapon issue is really making me wish I rolled another race. The staff pic you did is a perfect example.
