How to follow ignored appeals from unjust ban

There is a guildmate who’s son was unjustly banned for a “third party program”.
His playtime is always monitored by his parents. There’s very few programs on the computer due to a recent clean install of the OS. Nothing was found on the computer.
Appeals are being sent and the appeals are just being marked as “duplicate”.
What needs to be done to get this looked at since it is being ignored?
(And if accounts are going to be banned for farming, as everyone in this game does to make money and gather items, this needs to be addressed and announced. As this was the only activity he was performing before he was banned).
You’re not the only one. My husband and I completed Cursed Shore and neither one of us received the rewards. I tried the steps suggested by the support staff (logging out, zoning, logging in with another character) and still nothing. I’m just waiting to hear back from them. But there is a bug.
Post your most terrifying/creepy Wintersday pictures here! Here is my own submission.

That pic is so full of awesomeness. I laughed so hard. Needed that this morning. Thank you and to the “model”. =^.^=
And this is why I whole-heartedly believe dungeons should scale down difficulty wise to the amount of players in the group.
IE: Teams of 2, 3, 4 and solo players should be able to run through and complete dungeons. You should not have to rely on a group of 5 to complete them because you run into issues as the original poster described. Or you have people quit half-way through. Or they boot you during the instance. The only good thing they did was no gear check. You can easily lie.
If Anet wanted to make every job the “trinity” rolled into one, there shouldn’t be such a mass reliance on other players to complete a huge portion of the game. I would much rather run dungeons with one or two other people I know I can rely on not to boot me or quit than people I can’t. Till then, I’ll wait on doing dungeons.
The Mad Moon on my first run.
1. just buy him the armor and dyes and mail him those. edit or use the guild vault to send him what he wants.
Sorry, but I buy my husband’s clothes and other things in real life. Not doing it in a game. He can do that himself.
We send each other money when the other doesn’t have enough. It’s bad enough we get limited after two messages when sending crafting supplies to each other.
Bad idea all around.
I was going to name my drake Fluffykins.
Hubby gave me side-eye.
Named him Bane instead. He did not want to run around with a “Fluffykins”.
Trying to "gift" a digital copy, how to?

You have it right. Click it’s a gift. Put their email. Put your payment info. They’ll receive an email stating that a gift purchase for the following game has been made for them. Then it will have download instructions. You should receive confirmation as well. This is what I did for a gift copy and all worked out well.
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one receiving this error. Nothing has fixed it yet. :/
