I am very pleased with this update; personally I don’t enjoy the bobbleheads at all. A lot of people did, good on ya. Many didn’t, opinions are opinions. What I’d like to say is: Fantastic job anet for adding in something that makes ONE group happy, without putting a damper on the OTHER group. They really showed they know how to listen when they made it only show to those who participate. 11/10.

I am seeking a dungeon speedrun guild that requires near constant rep and requires meta DPS builds. I’m not super interested in going for record-setting or anything like that (but would be okay with participating, I guess.) I am just looking for a guild that is interested in fast, efficient dungeon tours. I would call myself incredibly experienced with ac 1/2/3, cm 1/2/3, TA F-U, SE 1/3, CoF 1/2, HotW 1, and CoE 1/2/3, and relatively experienced (only because I’ve had no success ever finding like-minded groups) with Arah 2/3. I’m not looking for an “LFG” guild. I am looking for a community. Large guild preferred, so that there’s always someone online and looking to have a go. In game mail would be the #1 place to contact me, but I’ll be checking in here as well. Willing to do tryouts,

For the MOST part, I am unable to speak in voice coms.

I do however have a few simple callout methods I use regularly for various things.

I have a similar issue that I’d be willing to provide more detail about if a dev ever checks this thread out. Same deal, sound freezes, last time an engineer turret sound and my dagger storm (thief elite) were the only sounds playing (quietly) on loop, and exit to desktop made the game freeze/crash. GS has pitiful DPS, but (and this is not an insult) a lot of players, for various reasons, can’t seem to dodge some attacks, be it lag, not paying attention, etc. If you are confident in your ability to dodge things… Full berserker with sword/sword+sword/focus is the way to go for DPS + utility mixed.

Inventive and clever idea, only one problem. It shouldn’t actually be a necessary idea… While I think your solution would actually help, and is creative, Well… The fact that you had to come up with said solution at all is the primary issue.

Really hope the “test phase” or whatever we are calling it, for megaserver/world boss timers is decided to be a “failed test” by anet, therefore reverted. The patch was so exciting for the first few blog posts and live streams. All good news, all sunshine and rainbows, I was squealing around with excitement consistently. Then I hear about the megaserver. Okay, well while this sucks and may mean I have to solo some bosses more often, oh well, I can take it. Oh, now they are on a schedule. And so are champs, too? Oh, so the dynamic events aren’t… Dynamic?

The “Living world” is no longer alive. Lol this is the most hilarious failure I’ve ever encountered on a game. Stick to your guns. I guess if we are going to go back on all our development ideas, we may as well introduce combat trinity? Remove dodging? Make the entire game about grinding? Undo everything the company stood for? kittening fantastic logic.

Here’s how I see temples working with the new megaserver system, everyone standing in Orr spamming “Paying 5g for invite to party with open balthazar vendor!!” over… And over… And over… What ever happened to “If it isn’t in disrepair, don’t mend it.” Everything worked fine barring small servers. If you have too many small servers… Merge them. Two tiny servers = 1 functional server.

A 19 year old girl with no formal education just eradicated the need for the megaserver system, and I won’t even ask for payment for my services.

Still can’t infuse my Light of Dwayna and I think those two items are essentially “the same” so, I would have to guess you cannot.

Well if everyone is so stuck on no Trinity in gw2 and claims all these other mmos suit the playstyle, name one with dedicated healers that has decent dressup and repeatable gameplay draw like gw2 and I will go play that.

If I ever quit this game it will be due to the lack of dedicated roles. It’s 100% obvious they never intend to make full blown healers and straight tanks and high DPS useless-in-other-field changes. Would I like if they did? Very much. Do I expect it? Clearly not. It’s unfortunate but that’s just how it is.

The log out and log back in trick to make it go away has ceased to work for me Q_Q
