Guild Wars 2

Same – just got back from extended weekend out of town and guildies said theirs popped up like a daily chest, shaking on the side and no go (logged out/in, zoned, changed toons, went out to wvw, etc – no chest).

ok, suddenly my anti virus (or firewall) decided to block it apparently, disabled both for 15 min – and BAM, patching & in

Same problem, but no new installs since logout last night..

Same issue w/my party – all 5 did jumping puzzle and she’s just hanging out waiting for her nails to dry.

If we can find a 5th (lost one), we’re heading back in and will have 1 do jump portion and see if it’s a go.

took me a little wandering about to find this next move too. there is no cutscene showing the way, but if you swim up to the ‘surface’ in the central area you find yourself in a circular room. there is a partially concealed passge at one side, go in there and you can continue the prcess of altars and orbs.

Thank you for this – it was enough to get me looking in new places. You’ll see 2 obvious tunnels, and the ‘back’ area – the left side of back area is blocked, right side is a hidden tunnel to go through. Adding this simply for anyone expressing their googlekittenin the future.

So seems I’m not the only one that wants duplicates of one, but not the other (If I could trade my creepy one for your flower back-item, I’d do it!)

I am absolutely in love with Fervid Censer, and absolutely can not STAND the other one (creepy! good job & all, but oh so not me). Any chance of allowing multiple toons to gather the samples and also get Fervid Censer (ala mad king memories) or maybe trade the other one for an additional (I don’t even care that it would be trading an exotic for a rare!).

We have a guildie that isn’t savvy and is currently at work (confirmed via text with her). It came to our attention that guild vault money and items were taken that were out of character for her, but it really didn’t sink in until someone commented she was online.

I logged in to see her toon is online, and has performed a server change to another server – texted her, she is at work.

What exactly do we do here? She will likely be overwhelmed without a specific “go here, type this” type instructions. Any chance of getting her moved back to her server with us (perhaps some of us should move there & sit out the week with her?).

If she logs in will it bump them off? Should she log into guildwars2.com and change password first, then login? any chance of guild items being returned (unlikely, and really the least of our concerns – just.. while asking questions, may as well put that out there).

We have two new guildies – so new, they started this weekend. Is there a way for them to get their tix presents still before Wintersday is complete (the back item, bag slot, etc)? The chest is gone, and they have tried talking to him hoping to spur an email but no love there.

Every time I hear about Spy Kits and Portal Guns, I cringe.

You should really get them out of dungeons, they’re doing a lot of harm to the game.

Portal gun allowed myself and a guildie to get a chest in fractals – we’d gotten locked in a cage and unlike the other cages, there was nothing to target inside or out to ‘break out’ of it. Someone luckily had a portal gun (we’d only found them the day before) and was able to port us out so we could claim end chest before moving onto next Fractal.

I’m glad they are there myself (I got a nice reward that chest!)

I’ve searched the forum, and only see gathering tools soulbound when trying different toons so I do not believe this has been brought up (other than in my bug report).

I’ve been coming across many recipes and food items from Karma venders that are suddenly soulbound once purchased – and no mention at the vendor that it will be soulbound. This puts an undue burden on a crafter to share their skills with another as the actual crafting toon (not even the person that wishes a specific item, or even an alt on the same account that has the karma to burn) must then go to the location and get the recipe/food spending their time, silver (to port) and karma.

Regarding recipes: If someone (a guildie perhaps) wants a specific karma recipe item – they should be able to purchase it to help the crafter ‘learn’ it so that it can be made for them.

Regarding food: Dyes use a TON of materials, many times from karma merchants – in order to make a dye for others that requires karma ingredients, the crafter is personally out karma that can add up quickly.

If able, would love to know if these items being soulbound is a bug (it sure seems to be) and if when corrected – if the currently purchased items will revert to un-soulbound. If not a bug, respectfully request this be reviewed by TPTB as it is contrary to sharing/assisting others in game.
