I joined Ruin as my WvW guild ( had a main guild for PvE) According to what their American members told me this morning they think blacktide is more suited to them as it has other “professional” pvp guilds who they can work with the help make blacktide number 1 forever.

Also there were issues thinking Desolation were letting them down and want to play on a server they dont believe they are carrying.

Yup, i left the guild after i heard this and will look for another wvw guild.

Translation : BT owned us… So as a weak guild we prefer to be on a same side of the strong one…

I’m from Vizu (i’ve always been) and i really feel sad for all the others players of Deso…
Ruins came and just brought nightcapping, bad reputation, shame and hatred…

They just helped the serv to up to T1 with PvD… Opened theit mouth too much…

And now what did they left?

I really feel sorry for BT too… I wouldn’t consider Ruins jumping on my serv as a gift after all the mess they’ve done…

The fact is without the pvd nightcapping, the battle could have been more equal, fun and interesting…

And now that there is a strong server with good tactics and cooperation, and a nice 24/7 covering…There’s no more RUIN…

They took some vacations… Really?

As we say in France : “Je ne peux pas, demain j’ai piscine…”

- totally unrewarding in terms of karma/gold/xp

Vizu, actually is 80+% PUG… We just don’t care about karma/gold/xp… The only reward we focus on is fight to death, get some respect, show that we r still here, and win (when it’s possible :P)

We were doing really well last week against Vizunha. We proved we owned them because we had point lead 24/7. Only reason why vizunah overtake us now is because blacktide hasn’t been attacking any of their keeps and vizunha hasn’t attacked any of blacktide keep. Both servers come to greenbriar and fight us. Now when blacktide is fighting vs we took half the map.

You had point lead 24/7 before just coz you were the only one serv that was able to cover the maps 24/7… RUIN vs Doors… Waouh, too strong…

Now that BT is here, where is Deso? This afternoon, Vizu took back the second place and Deso will only take it back coz in some few hours we will have to go to sleep and won’t cover the night like pasts weeks…

You should be more concerned about the fact that finally, against an other 24/7 server Deso don’t appear that strong, i mean look at the score 75k+ for BT and 25k+ for both Deso et Vizu…

You don’t get the point…

I don’t care if Deso is seen as an international or american serv… It could be important for some people but…

I’m defenetely more concerned about the fact that this whole story about WvW and NA moving to EU serv has turned as a kinda racist war against french guys!!!

What the hell this kind of thought/idea/opinion has to do in a game ???

Where was Desolation before the Americans came on this serv?

The reality is simple, before in EU ladder, there were only EU timezone players… With the americans guilds, Dero has been able to cover WvW 24/7….
And they were playing when? During nights, while all the EU players were sleeping…So against some unprotected doors…
What was happening during the day? Deso was losing most of the points they capped during the night…
“Hopefully we can beat these french and knock them out of t1” ?
Really?
You all got a real problem to solve… Realise that is just a game and stop acting like you’re in a real war against french people!
What’s your problem with french people anyway? You’re just jalous that we’re just one of the biggest community of GuildWars in EU? Or are you just racist?
And now what? You are proud of winning by nightcapping?

You BT and Desolation cover WvW 24/7 and you have what? 3k points more than Visunah while BT got just twice your score?

I wouldn’t be proud about that if i were you…Especially while American guilds on Desolation do more than half of the work during european timezone night…

Now that Desolation have to face a really good 24/7 server has BT (i mean with brain, stategy, etc…), you should just face the reallity, Desolation is not that good…

And personnaly , i’m just tired of this kind of talking/thinking about vendetta against french people

PS: No offense, don’t misanderstand me… I respect all the players wherever they’r from an i love good fight on the battlefield but i really do prefer when all this things comes with a good spirit of competition and a mutual respect!

PS: But i ve got to say one thing, this new FoV is really better than the previous/actual one

Me and my guildies got the same FoV right now… Seems like the result of the test that have been made last few days…

-Devil Horns : Hum ok nice but useless IG, i really don’t care about costumes etc…It’s nice, i’m happy they gave them to us but if they haven’t, i wouldn’t be sad…
-Books : 1rst one is useless, 2nd one is equal to the storyline Backpack except that we can choose the stats…And for my Ranger Chaar, it’s not really RP and it doesn’t fit my armor so i don’t show it (as the backpack that only fit well on Engineer)
-Per Run: I only play with one character, i don’t have the time too play many so for me, one run/day…To get the 5 differents missing pieces of the Mad King’s set? Joke…

And just for your information, i’m not that lucky to get some exo each time i open a chest! BEFORE the nerf i only get 1 lvl76exo from more than 10chest and it was on the first one! Since this time, so before and after the nerf, i only get blue or green at best!

Oh and the best joke? This only one exo i droped… Was the 1rst one i dropped since i’ve start playing GW2…So 3days before the official release since a have pre-order the game…

I’m not complaining about the fact that it was necessary to fix this chest droprate problem, i’m complaining about the way they fixed it and the way it affect me (and my guildmates btw)

The skin itself can be common… Get the real full set is different from crafting a copy ! And drop it cost nothing…

For me, getting this set was the goal of this event since i won’t put any money in gems (And i won’t use my PO too…) just to have a micro chance to loot a unique skin in a black lion chest…

It was like the only way to have a special stuff (forge recipe are a bit expensive too) related to this event

Now we get what? Visa? Mastercard?

Just my opinion about this situation… I’m the kind of guy that is really unlucky in general, and in fact, before the nerf, i get only one exo on more than 10chest, all the rest of my loot was some green stuff at best!

I wasn’t really caring about exo at all but i was just a bit desappointed by the fact that a lot of people around me was dropping exo on every chest while i was only dropping crappy things…

I was only concerned by ONE thing : GET THIS kitten MAD KING SET !!!

Since this ultra-overpowered-putwhateveruwant-nerf, it is just kinda impossible to get it…

That’s the very first time since the launch of the game that i won’t congrates Anet for its work… ;(
