Hey people! Ever since the patch, I’ve been getting really low fps everywhere. It was at 20-25 and now after the patch it’s sitting between 7-10. Is anyone else having this problem?

Here’s my specs:
Microprocessor – 2.50GHz 3rd generation Intel Core i5-3210M
Memory – 8GB DDR3 SDRAM (2 DIMM)
Video Graphics – NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M switchable graphics with 2048MB DDR3 and up to 1696MB total graphics memory
Hard Drive – 750GB

I am currently using the integrated graphics card since the GeForce card gives even worse performance.

Hey people! I’ve been looking around for a decent condi build for DH but haven’t found much at all. If anyone knows of a build or uses one and would care to share that would be awesome! Would it be better to use a condi guardian over DH?

Hey people! Don’t know if anyone else is having this problem. I have to talk to Braham to continue the story but nothing happens. He has a green star over his head but nothing triggers. I tried moving back all the way to the beginning hoping he might reset but with no luck. Any ideas?

Hey people! A topic popped up while I was doing Teq so I thought I would bring it up here. There’s a lot of commotion going around about whether Sylvari have kittenes or not. Some people mentioned the lore saying yes and some mentioned no. There have also been some people saying that Anet did talk about this but I couldn’t find much. Let’s discuss!

So I tried your suggestion of switching back to the integrated graphics. My fps is now fluctuating from 30-50 which I think is insane. Not sure why it’s so different. I can run the game on pretty decent graphic settings too. Thanks so much for the tips!

Mostly google and youtube things. I also use adblocker as well.

Hey people! I don’t think I’ve posted about my fps problems before but I had them start ever since I started playing the game. My fps is always low at 15-20 fps. In crowded places it will go lower. I have everything turned to minimum. I’ve also set my client to load with the graphics card.

Hey people! I am having troubles with using Chrome while playing GW2. There will be random fps drops randomly when I play. It goes from my usual 15-20 fps down to about 8 fps. Sometimes it happens very often and other times my client can run for hours until it finally happens. I find that if I alt+tab more often then the chance of the fps dropping is higher. I use Firefox without any troubles but I can’t watch youtube videos on it since it gives lots of static. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. Thanks!

Hey people! I am having random drops in fps. My regular fps is 15-20 fps. Whenever the drops happen it goes down to 3-4 fps. It happens at any place I go. There’s no specific area where it won’t happen. I always have to restart the client for everything to be back to normal. The cpu usage is at 24% and memory is at 76%. All of my settings at set to minimum as well. I just don’t get what is happening. Any ideas?

I’m having the same problem! I can’t play with the TP because everything lags so much when I use it, especially when I try to list something and change the price.

I might be able to join you on those days. I’ll add you in game and we can talk more.

Forgot to mention that! Yea I’m on a NA server.

Hey people! The guild I’m in does their guild missions at times that I can’t attend sadly. I was hoping there might be some guilds that might be able to take me for their guild missions, or if there’s any guild that takes anyone then even better! Any help is greatly appreciated!
