Done. I did manage to login to support account and lodge another ticket, yet after a month of no adequate response it is hard to imagine it ever being dealt with effectively other than by phone as l have repeatedly requested.
Due what l have discovered the issue has now compounded out of control.
It’s much more than just a simple username and password issue.

Due to Arenanet buggling my account linking at headstart and resetting my username and password to an invalid email address linked to my Gw1 account and not dealing with support tickets for over a month l now cannnot login to game or my support account

Apparently these may be new bugs as l just spoke to a guild member who completed the area prior to me running through. Though she did say a couple of the skill challenges were broken.

This is my second character through area so have already posted at least two.
Coming through again today within an hour l’ve discovered another three so far.

Skill Challenge: Lionguard Mette.

Event: Escort the Durmand Priory expedition to the Molitage Digs
NPC’s not moving

The bugs reported six days ago in same area:
Kyesjard:
Event: Protect beer kegs from drunken skrit.
Heart: Passed out partiers cannot be roused.
- Beer cannot be consumed
- Merchant doesn’t function.

Event: Protect Krewe leader Dobbs
Heart: Help the Priory’s excavation of the ruins – No golems.

Thats a grand total of nine bugs in this area alone that l’ve discovered.

Server: Stormbluff Isle
Same, its the second in a row in Lornar’s Pass l’ve discovered today. The previous was bugged too, Lionguard Mette.

This is my second character through Lornar’s Pass since official release. I’ve already reported a broken heart and event further south. The area is very bugged. My first character has not been able to yet complete area.
There doesn’t seem to be much point in continuing further south on this character either.

I just wrote a suggestion that Arenanet suspend or substantially reduce teleportation costs due to the inordinate amount of broken Hearts/Events/Skillpoints. A small token gesture back to their player base…

As title says. Somewhere to post both Game suggestions and Website Suggestions.

I want to make a post to suggest that given the frustration players are experiencing with the high number of broken Events/Hearts/Skill challenges and the expense of traveling back and forth in particular to higher level areas, that Arenanet either substantially reduce or suspend teleport costs.
This would seem to be a reasonable ‘give back’ to their player base for the frustration and inconvenience encountered due to the time frame it’s taking to fix these issues.

Perhaps it should be posted under ‘Game bugs’…..

It’s showing as an active event, yet not there.

Wonder if the heart is fixed yet. No point going back there till it is to complete map.

Area: Brisban Wildlands

1. Event: Free Rain
Defend the Skritt while they steal golem parts.

Run in, talk to Outrunner Jankott’cha
Inquisitors keep respawning in instance, run right past scritt.

Stood around for 15-20 min, others came, attacked a few of the spawn mobs,and left.

Yes, he’s stuck on 3/4 waves constantly.

I am unable to complete area till Priory Heart is fixed.
Yesterday l did see some players with Golems yet apparently they spawn erratically.

Necro minions uncontrollable. Spoken to others about it who have same problem.
Flesh Golem will either run in and aggro untargeted mobs, or stand doing nothing.

Many of the listed options are problems however a couple to add.

1. Options>Keyboard Commands>About Face
- I assumed this would mean reverse camera view. I’ve assigned to mouse scroll bar as in Aion. It does nothing. Is it broken?

2. Scrolling FOV – Not able to scroll far enough, nor scroll from 3rd person to 1st person Fov. This is very odd.

Are there plans to fix these issues at some point?

I feel sorry for you. I purchased my Digital Deluxe edition the day sales went live in April from the Gw2 shop, participated in all open beta/stress test events. Had all updates for 3hr prior to head-start launch. Then Error 9.
It took till official launch for Arenanet to enable account with old Gw1 username and password. Which, btw, is not even a proper email address, so there is no way for it to be verified/authenticated.
Ticket from 08/24/12 still not addressed as other issues such as hacked accounts have taken priority. At least l can play though.
