Is there any way to make SweetFX work with 64bit client? I know i can force 32bit launching but it’s not the solution.
I use Kudzu in PvE and sometimes i zoom in into the FPP for some sights and this is what happened (picture). String of the bow gets into my eyes. No idea if it happens with other longbow skins. Greatsword (Inquest) does not get in the way. Not much more to say about it Fix it and get virtual cookies from around the world.
What i loved about this loot feed over the map was how i could open inventory just by clicking at any looted item (exept for wallet stuff later on). But recently i noticed that it does not work anymore. I have no idea if it is a bug or was it intended… But it’s been like three or four days and I miss it ;_;
It dissappears but if you activate another track it appears back again. Bug reported. I hope they fix it soon.
After camera/stability patch i can’t activate Silverwastes reward track in PvP. Each time i activate it and leave the pvp menu it goes back to the track i had activated before. All other tracks work properly.

My gloves have Celestial dye on the metal studded part. Those don’t glow at all. The screenie doesn’t show it that well, but the body glows, not just the armor. Their skin has an “aura” coming off of it. My fur is white and nothing is glowing on that.
“Reflect the light”. It’s all about the angle, where the source of light is, armor type and texture. It is just graphical effect of the game. Been there since day one. I always hated how HotM bloomed like this

Yea i have the “Veteran” title. But having Year 1 Birthday achievement on two year old char is just plain silly.
I only use one title so all i care about is that achievement.

So i visited Birthday Vendor in LA. She gave me an achievement: Birthday – Year 1. Which comes with a title – Loyal.
Today is my characters “second” birthday. Shouldn’t i get another one, or is it some anet logic here?

You don’t have to r-click to see if the skin has been unlocked or not. Just hover over it; the tooltip will tell you.
Still not as comfy as one-click-all-job-done.
I wouldn’t want that at all. I’d hate to accidently unlock and soulbind an expensive item that I’d rather sell on the TP.
^This. Just salvage what you want the skins from, and if you fill your collection, you can either sell that resource and start collecting over again, or just sell whatever does not fit into the collection.
Just as you’re complaining about not having a button that “unlocks all” skins, as soon as anet introduces such a feature, you’re going to have a lot of threads about people kittening about binding rares and exotics that cost 10-1000g because of the button. As unfortunate as it is, it’s far easier for you to salvage your inventory (use a copper-fed if you dont want a lot back) than for CS to deal with people accidentally binding precs when they wanted to sell them instead.
Then rare and exo equipment boxes should prevent their contents from unlocking and therefore soulbinding. Only the items from regular boxes/bags will be unlocked+bound.
But then it’ll be that ppl can not afford few fractal runs to get those boxes…
Not like there was information that unlocking skins binds the item.

I’m not maxed on mf, i do not care about mf since i got my legendary, which was before acc bound mf.
I have no patience to sell more than 20 items on tp as it starts to throw errors at me.
I craft no more as i have enough gold to buy all gear for my 3 chars i have left to level.
I salvage only salvagable items (scraps or w/e), quick deposit, quick compact, quick sell all greens/blues, salvage rares, put exos on tp/salvage cheap ones and am done.
Why not just salvage them to unlock?
Because i want to sell them to vendor?
How about adding something like “unlock all possible skins from backpack” into side menu of backpack (Deposit all, hide/show…)?
I found myself r-clicking on every single item i dropped to check if i can unlock it. Would be nice to unlock it all in one click, specially after some long runs where you drop 80+ pieces.
In PvE i have Kudzu on my ranger. In PvP i used to have Orr Longbow. Now ofc it is gone, and my PvE Kudzu is used in PvP.
I wonder. Does my enemy see the flowers/any other legendary ground effect when i go invisible?

I find it pretty effective in 1v1 and group fights when my team is rather good. Point is this build seem to depend mostly on how good my team is, not really supporting it.
I don’t know, but i think it lacks something.
I prefer rather selfish dps builds. But slowly it just stops working.
Any suggestions on how to improve the build i linked or maybe roll other build, still dps but kinda more team supporting?

from my old gs build and i still try to master it.
The guy on the vid uses mostly Jaguar and Jungle Stalker. Jungle Stalker has 5 stacks of Might on F2, but Jag only has stealth which does not give him Opening Strike as i have noticed. Or does it, and i am just blind.
Up to this time i used Jungle Stalker for Might and Crimson Moa for Fury, but with Call of the Wild i can now swap moa for something else.
Free or not, i do not care. I just want to save multiple templates of builds just like i did in gw1 so i don’t have to pick all the traits over and over again for certain dungeons or game modes… I think after a year we could at least hear something about it…

Ok, i am not a big fan of PvP in GW2, but i went through its torments to get the Slayer title. With those upcoming changes, what will happen to those who unlocked the title? Since there are going to be more tiers added.

Hi. On my thief i run a sword + pistol / pistol + pistol heavy critting build. She hit 80 recently, i was to gear her with zerker armor and weapons with knights trinkets with zerker gems. But since assassins gear was on the way i decided to wait.
Now when it’s out, can someone do or link some math comparsions of those two gear sets? Assassins provides more crits, but with lower power those crits will not be doing much more dmg, but still proc traits will tick in more often, but i feel zerker already provided enough of these…

So i just sent 7g to friend to buy me a frost dye kit (bullkitten but whatever, i have a lesson). I had 75g. 75-7 is 68. Now i have 56g.
Earlier today i bought, well, TRIED to buy some weapons from TP. It didn’t work, there was message saying there are no listings blah blah, tp didn’t work back then.
So my guess is, game sucked my gold. I just want it back. TYVM.
Ask someone in guild for inv for overflow with invasion, or a friend? Is it really that hard to think?
And a pro tip – it’s always good to be in the biggest guild on your world just for situations like this.
First think about what possible solutions you have then come here and cry… Player base of gw2 is getting seriously worse every day…
I’ll edit and add – there is a small yet big option on r-click on party member – Join in <map> to join same overflow. As i bet you forgot about it or never knew.
Few seconds ago i wanted to quickly go to pavilion. So i experimented. I opened my map, selected “Underground” level, and panned my map over pavilion to check if wp directly in it is avaible. It’s not, but what i saw was… The Great Collapse. And that’s it. It’s still there on the map.
Pro Tip. You can’t choose “underground” in LA.
I now have 7 bag slots in inventory. One bag is Invisible and one is for rare equipment. I use “hidden bags” option. It would be great if slots from invisible bag and rare eq. bag had some slight shadow, gradient or whatever to easly see where to put some items. It’s a small feature, but i bet some people would find it useful.
It’s likely that they’ll revamp all the existing paths of all dungeons to make them equivalent in difficulty and length. When that happens is hard to say. The last dungeon they revamped was AC and it resulted in people not wanting to do path 2. Now with path 2 of AC, the only issue people have with it I think is that the last boss can’t be exploited unlike with path 1 and 3.
yea right… i hope you really don’t belive this… after what they did with dungeon rewards i doubt they have any motivation/time/will/money/anything to touch dungeons, not to mention dungeon rewards.
What they did with dung rewards is just plain laziness / lack of knowlage of their own content / low hiring standards…
I am waiting for some Dev who did this to speak. And his supervisor. This whole thing is so much bullkitten i can’t even imagine how did it make into the game. It’s just killing me how is it possible that someone has designed it this way. They clearly do not know their own game.
They didn’t think about it at all… That’s for sure. This is the change i was looking forward a lot. I was farming CoF p1 for Leaf of Kudzu, and when i saw that this change is coming i stopped and waited, taking a break as from now i was to have some variety in my gold earning. But in reality all we get is bs. AC giving more gold than SE? Who made those changes? I’d fire them at first sight of the project… If anyone ever took a look at it anyways… I really do hope they fix it asap, because this is the WORST change i hahve seen so far in GW2, and there has been a lot of bad changes.
Did Anet tested those dung or just thought “All say arah is hard BAM 3g, all the rest must not be so hard BAM 1g”…
AC 1.5g, CoE all paths 1g? Is that some kind of joke? Anet, fix your kitten, seriously this is so much dissapointing. It really looks like you don’t even pay attention to your own content…
We just did SE p2 and the reward for it is 1g. Considering its length and dificulty it should give at least 2g. Comparing to cof p1 which is WAY EASIER (letter could be even bigger here), SE p2 giving 1g is a joke imo….

Still “buy multiple items” is a must imo…
So i have this small ritual after completing each monthly – opening all karma consumables i have hoarded through all month. That’s about 25 jugs and at least 200 drops of liquid karma, with addition of others.
After i open those, which takes millions of double clicks i go to Fort Trinity, to karma vendor and buy myself all dem orrian boxes. On first “wave” i get around 100 boxes.
Then i have to open those boxes… Consume the newly aquired karma, and repeat this proces until i run out of karma. This way i use over 1mil karma, double click enough to power small village.
I beg you Anet, not only to ease my finger on the Karma Ritual Day, but to ease any multiple item buying/consuming… Please add “consume all” option, either to all consumables, karma or selected, and please… add “alt+left click” on vendor items to buy multiple items, just like splitting stacks.
Since Halloween, Anet is my main provider of wallpapers. The Releases’s wallpapers section is great. Yet, i’ve seen many great artworks in the game, on loading screens, which i couldn’t find on the internet. Just taking a screenshot of it would work, but seeing original Bazaar loading screen art ( https://d3b4yo2b5lbfy.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/wallpapers/BotFW-1920x1080.jpg ) i see that original files have way better quality than those already in game (which is weird if you ask me).
Is there any place on the internet where those arts are published? If not, please ArenaNet, publish them. They are great and i’d love to see art from charr story mission Time for a Promotion on my screen… May we have some dev answer here?
Since last balance patch, my mesmers downed skills, #2 and #3 do not work. #1 and #4 work normally, but the mentioned two just.. don’t. They don’t even “click” or anything when pressing the buttons. Normal #2 and #3 skills work normally.
Does Sure-Footed trait affect Endure Pain? I can’t really tell since skill description of it does not change when equipping the trait, neither does Frenzy.
Did story in group just after content kicked in. No reward. Did story solo just few mins ago, no reward. Did explo in group got bonus chest and normal chest.
So, few hours ago i made a run in Canachs Lair, putting aside it was bugged and nothing happened after the fight, the framerate was terrible in the cavern. I recently bought new pc, capable of running wvw at 20 stable fp with all settings on maximum, but in the Canachs Lair i was seeing a slide show. To be precise, slides started when the traps launched their effects. Even without triggered traps it was bloody awful.
Radeon 7970 should handle small room filled with traps, but i guess there is some magic behind it…
Yup, it worked. Even tough the transmutation screen doesn’t show the upgrade swapping, it actually does swap at cost of losing infusion slot. Thanks for help mate.
So yesterday, after i got my new back item, i was just about to transmute my old, masterwork back upgraded with highest tier ruby when… It did not allow me to swap the ruby upgrade. Looks of Fervid, stats of zerker back item, but upgrade swapping option dissapeared. I canceled operation, and came here.
I just want my old stats to look like the flower. I may buy new ruby, but i just want to be sure – will i have normally upgradeable item? Not just some infusion slot?
Sometimes, when rushing through CoF, i am clicking F to pick loot from chest, and at the very same moment, a dialog cinematic starts resulting in me not getting loot, and can not open chest again. That’s basicly it.
So far i have only played ranger, and made alts just to reserve names. 500h of ranger gameplay made me used to skills, what they do, which button they’re assigned to. Now i started playing warrior with rifle, which skills are similar to rangers long bow. Rapid Fire under #2 and Volley under #3 are pretty much the same skills, as are Brutal Shot (#4) and Hunters Shot (#3).
Weapons skills #2 and #3 i have assigned to Q and E, as it fits my gameplay style.
Now as i play warrior, i basicly use pretty much the same skills as longbow ranger, yet they’re swapped with places.
Now i have to either learn to play it that way, or reassign skill buttons in options.
But wouldn’t it be much easier and user friendly if we could place the weapon skills on the skill bar as we want to?
