I have fully trained my Ranger in the Druid skills, map completed, etc., and I can’t seem to “become” a Druid. What am I doing wrong? What am I missing? I, honestly, do not know and cannot find the answer in the forums. As I said before, the Ranger has map completion and 126 unspent Hero Points. What else do I need to do to unlock Druid? Thank you in advance for any help

I have only done this personal story step once and did not receive the mastery point

Finished, “From Howl to Silence”, with my charr. Did not receive the mastery point as indicated. Contacted customer svc, after several exchanges, was told to post the problem here in hopes the devs would see it and address it. Any help would be much appreciated.
