Phase 1 is P/D, start the fight by Mug/Stealing the first orb that spawns, use CnD frequently on either Liadri or any clones that get too close to get a speed boost and health regen, keep moving and maintaining health while watching out for orbs which you can quickly Mug. It is best to go into Phase 2 with at least 75% HP, and after you pick up your 3rd crystal, activate Shadow Refuge to stealthily summon Thieves Guild, then when you throw the 3rd crystal at Liadri to initiate Phase 2 you will be ready to Sneak Attack.
Phase 2 is P/P, Sneak Attack and/or Unload on Liadri to get your summoned thieves to start hassling her, this will divert attention from you and allow you to take note of where the red circle hourglass AoE starts to drop and to start avoiding it. It is simple once you get comfortable with the rhythm. Some people are more comfortable with circling the room to dodge it, but I was usually just going back from one spot to another, bit of the old in out in out. Watch the AoE circles and just keep dodging in and out of the alternating hourglass, tell yourself that “where the shadow just fell I am safe momentarily”. As you dodge around and stay alive keep auto attacking and spamming Unload, use Signet of Agility if you need to refill Endurance, and Roll for Initiative is the panic button. The Zerker biased Thief should be able to gun her down quickly. Remember to Mug orbs that appear, they are usually what screws people over.
