Hi ArenaNet!

I take these breaks for the game, and every time I come back, it looks like there are a lot of resources being thrown at the joke legendary “Dreamer”. This is cool and fun, but there is another joke legendary that needs some love.

The Moot!

It’d be really fun to have a brighter aura with the moot, and to have the footfalls expanded to be a little more noticeable.

Also! I think when the moot hits, it’d be super rad to have the sound effects replaced by cheesy laughter or a crowd cheering. It’d fit the personality of the weapon, and be really cool overall.

When the weapon is unsheathed you should also constantly pulse disco music, audible to other players.

Actually, it can be. You have a relatively slim chance of getting the skin you are after (if you get one at all), and the gold per hour is far lower than jimmy casual gets kitten ing around in queensdale. Going to go ahead and assume that you are just being blindly apologetic in regards to this.

Here are the issues we have had to deal with (and reported):

Mossman lack of tell
Dredge infinite spawns
Unkillable harpies
20 minute 4 champ fight
Floating hammer
Ascalon npc bugs
100 krait pull
No rewards

Here is the list of fixes arena net implemented:

A block of jade to try to stop you from ranging one of the Maw tentacles.

I wouldn’t be surprised if karma was to be removed from the rewards. Don’t want players to stop farming world dragons and DE’s mindlessly.

If they want to add new mechanics to Fractals, fine, but this is not the way to do it. It should either be a new progression path that is completely separate from the existing 1-49 so that everyone starts at equal footing, with completely different encounters and separate rewards, or it should be part of the current system that STARTS at 50.

This is an unprecented level of disregard for the time investment of the player base.

The “poor little plebeians” still won’t do fractals anyway. There is no justification for lowering the higher end of your player base to meet the lower end.

If arenanet wants this competition to truly be “in earnest”, and they are deleveling people from 50 to 30, people who are at level 30 should get reset to 10.

Warrior, Mesmer, Guardian only fractal groups

My group was warrior, guardian x 2, elementalist, ranger, and we did fine. Competent players who understand their class and are properly geared (zerker) will always do well.

I would say the double guardian part at later levels is really helpful though.

This update just doesn’t make any sense. Next update they’ll add a precursor scavenger hunt or precursor crafting, and split my sunrise into gift of fortune, gift of sunrise, and gift of mastery so I don’t miss out on the excitement of trying to obtain an item I used to have.

I usually stay away from forum posting unless it’s big related, but this has to be said.

The proposed changes to fractal level and infusions are completely unfair, and show a lack of appreciation and understanding for what players have had to deal with in fractals.

Anyone with a personal level of 49 or higher has had to endure some of the buggiest, most poorly tuned content on the game. Be it the invincible immune harpies on uncategorized, the 15 minute clown car on dredge, or the flat out hard grawl shaman, we persevered and advanced, playing over and over, month after month, to farm skins and make our agony sets and raise our personal level to 49.

Our personal level should not be rolled back to 30, and we should not lose agony resistance. These are statistics and achievements that we, as players, have EARNED, in spite of the abysmal rewards provided by fractals.

New content should not come from undoing the achievements of players and making them redo something for no legitimate reason. I have never in my ten years of playing mmorpgs seen something as disgraceful as a “content patch” specifically designed to punish the high skill players such as this.

Warrior: Whirlwind Attack "Fix" breaks evade

The attempt to “Fix” the warrior animation glitch has drastically lowered the effectiveness of the GS3 whirlwind evade. There is now a noticeable delay before the evasion activates when attempting to activate the attack as a dodge. This is especially noticeable when attempting to evade Lupi’s kick in Arah.

Please resolve this. If this can’t be resolved without fixing the animation glitch, then please leave the animation glitch in. Combat effectiveness should never be reduced for cosmetic reasons.

Description: Key legendary effects are missing.

1) Weapon does not create burst effect when drawn during either night time or day time.

2) Weapon does not leave legendary effect trail when thrown with GS skill 4 during either night time or time.

3) Weapon does not leave legendary effect trail when thrown with downed skill 1 during either night time or day time.

Both Twilight and Sunrise have these effects coded in. Eternity is the most expensive and difficult to obtain item in the game. Please, please, please fix this. It is very frustrating to see posts about Eternity (and other legendary effects) ignored completely, and to see hotfix patches be released just to fix a goofy mining pick that takes no effort to acquire.

Eternity is also bugged, and missing the color burst when the weapon is drawn, and trail/visual effects when the weapon is thrown.

Yes, please fix the effects with eternity. It should contain all of the effects present in both Sunrise and Twilight. They are already coded into the game, please just enable them on our weapon that we put so much time and effort into making.

Hello,

I recently finished Eternity, and the new footsteps and aura are awesome! Unfortunately there are a few animations that are missing/incorrect.

- Warrior GS#4 attack does not throw the appropriate trail effect for either Twilight or Sunrise, it just throws a standard GS

- Warrior downed attack does not throw appropriate effect either

- When unsheathing the weapon, the burst of color that is visible when doing so with Twilight / Sunrise does not appear.

I can second this, I have experienced this exact same bug twice. Going through a 2 hour dungeon just to have to quit because of this BS is unacceptable.

I would like to join up for Arah runs. I have some Arah experience, and would like to become more familiar with the instance. I have done a few runs with Jammypacks and Contrai before. I have 2 level 80 characters that are capable of handling the instance: Joloves, my Mesmer, and Laih, my Necromancer. Thanks!

Moorwatch Tower Vista Bug[Merged]

This vista is currently unobtainable due to a “Content Has Been Temporarily Disabled” message regarding the cow catapult. Please add an alternative method to get to the top of the tower or remove the vista.

Gendarran Fields: Warmaster Yulia won't spawn

In Gendarran Fields, Warmaster Yulia won’t spawn for the final skill point in the zone. A glowing axe appears for a few moments in the NPC’s location and then despawns. It is impossible to 100% this area as a result, so I’d say this is pretty serious.
