Malum Factum is going to attempt building a unique raid team for the upcoming raid wing that comes out next week.

The goal since I’m feeling a bit nostalgic is for it to be a strat free raid group that we figure out and accomplish on our own. I hope to have all bosses down by Episode 5.

This raid won’t be for farming insights, but we will be accomplishing any steps needed for the legendary armor collection.

Raid Time: Tuesday 9 – 12am CST

I’m looking for prepared & experienced raiders (of any game) that are full ascended and are spec’d for raiding by our 2nd week.

We are looking to build up a solid WvW team on Yak’s Bend now!

Now looking for a dedicated WvW Commander that wants to build up an MFer WvW group to run on Yak’s Bend! I am looking for someone that is focused on WvW, and treats it as their main game mode. We currently only have 1 active WvW night, but I would love to see us get back to 3 – 4 nights a week or more depending on how much you play!

What we have:

- An active guild at level 50. We have rebuilt our chapter to over 300+ members over the last year. We are now shifting our focus to include WvW nights, and would love to build up a large group of dedicated WvW warriors! We currently raid (4/6 as of last night!) / spvp / run guild missions, and host community events like Hero & Mastery Point Rushes.

- We have unlocked all 8 auras, and many other WvW unlocks.

- We use Mumble for guild runs. We have more than enough slots to cover our voip needs. I also highly encourage using the Yak’s Bend TS, and won’t be bound to using mumble only.

- We are based in NA timezones.

- Mature Guild – Age 20+

- We have several with tags; with some old school experience willing to help / scout/ organize / havoc etc.

- You will have my help in recruiting however I can for you. I have spent the last 8 months leading Hero Point Rushes, and know how to get our name out there. I just need you to get that fire started for WvW!

This will be your division! This is an officer position in our community, and I will give you all the resources you need to be successful; without any micromanagement! You set the schedule, the expectations etc. I want you to build it up, have fun, and get some bags!

MF used to run WvW 4 nights a week with 40 – 60 players back in 2012/2013. We are a community guild, and those players are still around in other games. It could be an untapped resource if we have a solid Commander take over and lead!

Try to think of Rush as more of a good time feeling here :P It’s a long term project to knock out with new friends. But once a week we plan to “Rush” one zone and knock it out too!

I use Rush, because that is how I promote my Hero Point Rushes. I have 100% complete myself and remember how long it took haha!

The difference though is that I mostly did it solo over a few months in 2012. It will be fun to have a full squad tearing through the zones for this!

Hi Anet!

Big fan of all the work you do to make this game great. Been a fan since GW1 Launch! I have met a lot of wonderful players in this community running Hero Point Rushes weekly, and now I am planning a new project.

That project is a World Completion Rush in Core Tyria, and we are working out the schematics on how to make this work. I have some ideas with the upcoming squad changes, but I wanted to ask a question to the devs watching.

Is there any possibility of a change that could be made to allow parties and squads being able to help complete Renown Hearts? It would be great if we could get a squad that could all work towards a goal at a heart instead of having to wait on each person in some cases to get an item etc.

A few brainstorming ideas:

- This change could happen to Commander Squads only and those in the squad to promote large grouping in the core world, but still retain the solo feel for those working alone. Plus it would add more value to the Commander Tag, and all those great squad changes you have added!

- If Squads are too big, the change could be made to affect people within a subgroup or party.

- There could be a radius around the heart that promotes people being close to the action.

I know I am asking for a long shot, but if there was a switch to flip and it could happen; would you think about doing it? Pretty Please =) I also know coding is not a switch either so thanks for any consideration!

For those reading this interested in a World Completion Rush, I am planning on starting this in February. I want to wait until we can GLIDE!

- The goal right now is to do 1 zone per week if we are doing hearts.
- If we find that hearts are too much to manage with a large squad; then we will drop them and do everything else in a zone.
- If the latter happens then we will plan to do 2 – 3 zones a week instead. I plan to set aside one night per week for this similar to how I have been doing Hero Point Rushes since Sept.

For those that can’t glide; I made a new mesmer alt the other day just for this event, and tomed him to 80 =) (Thanks Spvp!)
